You Should Keep Proof of Casino Deposits

I haven’t taken any screenshots before reason been that I have not had an encounter or bad experience with the casino I’m using , and I don’t see any reason of taking such action , saving every bet slip and keeping such  records, if the casino is not trustworthy and have such bad records, I think such casino  should be avoided, what is the essence of been very careful with the casino you are using and taking record of every steps,  I personally I don’t see any reason of keeping such record when it’s online and one can login at anytime, or all the necessary information one needed is just there .

Always take screenshots of lots of things seems sensible to me, ideally you stream and record your whole session possibly.  Windows has a snipping tool built in that can do either screenshot or video quite easily and maybe not even that big a file to upload etc.

Let’s make it a habit to save a screenshot or copy the Tx Id of every deposit, and also your account history page. Ive seen many cases where players couldn’t file a proper complaint on platforms such as AskGamblers or even be taken seriously in the forum, simply because they lacked evidence especially after their account was closed.
I think its a good idea to create a folder or document to store this data. You never know when you might need it. For example, a casino may wrongly accuse you of something and lock your account without warning, not able to remember or provide any evidence.

Right, because no proof can fix those issue if the casino operator is a scammer. Those documents is nonsense that's why its not really needed.

Txid which you can find in your wallet is enough proof it the casino really want the proof of deposit. If they are serious helping their players on their issue for sure they will credit those pending or those deposit did not came on their accounts.

You're right. It is optional, we can do it or ignore it. However, I prefer to do it because I think it is necessary for a preventive way for unexpected condition. But if you gamble in trusted casinos and never experienced bad treatment from the teams, ignoring the suggested way is okay.

On a serious note keeping accurate records for such is not really easy for me. I don't know how those who have been doing it, like someone taking note of sales in their shop, actually get motivated to do that, and I applaud them for that because they are trying to make sure everything is kept in check.
