Hi,
I’m not promoting this casino at all, just sharing my experience as a pretty heavy degen player.
I’m not sharing transaction details publicly for confidentiality reasons, but I’m including an excerpt from my support conversation.
The issue is with withdrawals via deBridge. When using a bridge, funds can end up in their internal flow. In my case, their risk team is refusing to send funds to my personal wallet and insists on sending them back to a deBridge-controlled hot wallet instead, which I don’t control.

At that point, support becomes basically useless and you’re stuck with their internal process.
I’ve wagered over $20M across different casinos and accounts, and this is the first time I’ve seen this kind of withdrawal situation.
Until this is resolved and my funds are properly paid out, I won’t be depositing again on this casino.
Did they give you a reason they are sending the money specifically to the original deBridge hot wallet address? I suppose there must be a reason. You haven't posted the full story, so it's hard to make a conclusion based on just your words.
I am also not sure if Rainbet accepts multiple accounts, as you already mentioned in your post but they do have a pretty solid reputation. I am confident the representative may help resolve the issue soon.
They don’t provide a clear reason. My understanding is that using a bridge may now be flagged as higher risk.
I’ve used the same wallet and deBridge setup before without any issues, but recently withdrawals have started becoming more complicated and restrictive.
There’s no real explanation from support, just repeated internal policy responses.
Update:
After completing identity verification, they are being much more cooperative and are now helping me withdraw the funds back to the wallet used for the deposit through deBridge. Fortunately, deBridge has very good support.
That said, I still think it’s unfortunate to block a user from withdrawing to their own wallet purely for AML reasons because a bridge was used.
If someone had bad intentions, would they really play like a degen and roll $3,000 dice bets on 98–100 outcomes? There’s clearly some nuance missing in how these situations are assessed.
Many users rely on bridges for legitimate reasons:
They need to move funds between blockchains
Their preferred chain is not directly supported
They want more privacy in their financial activity
In some families, societies, or religions, gambling is badly perceived, so discretion matters
Restricting withdrawals in these cases hurts the user experience.
It looks like the issue should be resolved soon. I’ve generally always been satisfied with Rainbet, which is why this last experience was disappointing. Especially since in my previous topic I defended them honestly and shared that my overall experience had been positive.
