Hi everyone,

I deposited ~100,000 USD via deBridge (cross-chain transfer to Solana). After playing with high risk (keno+dice), I ended up with ~60,000 USD profit.

Now Rainbet refuses to withdraw to my personal wallet and says they will only send funds back to the original deBridge hot wallet address.

That address is a deBridge bridge hot wallet, not a wallet I control. If funds are sent there, I have no way to recover them.

Support keeps insisting this is the only option and claims otherwise the funds cannot be recovered.

At the moment, ~160,000 USD is effectively blocked in this situation.

Overall, the experience is becoming frustrating: you are already under pressure while playing, and when you actually win, withdrawals become complicated and stressful instead of straightforward.

In general, withdrawals on Rainbet have become increasingly difficult recently. I’ve used multiple accounts over time (I stop, then come back later), and the withdrawal process is consistently getting worse.

I’ve wagered over $20M in the last two months across different casinos and accounts, and things are becoming completely unmanageable.

Be very careful before depositing large amounts on Rainbet.

It is always better to post the screenshots of deposits, bet, and conversations (with the platform in question) to give a better exposure to your case and it also helps in building more credibility to your claims.
As far as the platform you are referring, is having a solid reputation here so there is a good chance that your issue will be taken as priority basis and hopefully get resolved.
Have you tried to cash out to the one of your earlier wallets, which you have used for cashing out earlier from the platform?

IMO, it is your money and if you have won it fair and square, you are entitled to receive it in the choice of your wallet. All a platform can do is to validate the source of funds (deposits) and KYC to ensure that they are paying to rightful winner.

You mean multiple casino accounts on the same platform? Have you made them aware about your other accounts?

You had made a post about rainbet freezing your 500.000usd  last month as this report accusation shows https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5578451.0 . Then it was resolved somehow(?) and in some way I suppose you got your money(?) despite having issues withdrawing your funds are first.

Now again you using Rainbet and having stuck another huge amount.

Can you provide some proofs of the claims? Some screenshots of the balance? Some screenshots of talking to their support and telling you to use the same hot wallet?

People accused you of indirectly promoting this dogshit casino on your previous post about the 500.000 so I am very reluctant with your case here.

As you have posted previously and then didn't provide any evidences but simply called it resolved,

It feels like you are promoting something, maybe the casino? maybe showing that you are a big player?

like how come a casino refuse to send the money to another wallet not to the one they receive it from? first time I heard something really weird. what's even you username in the casino?

Did they give you a reason they are sending the money specifically to the original deBridge hot wallet address? I suppose there must be a reason. You haven't posted the full story, so it's hard to make a conclusion based on just your words.

I am also not sure if Rainbet accepts multiple accounts, as you already mentioned in your post but they do have a pretty solid reputation. I am confident the representative may help resolve the issue soon.

Hi,

I’m not promoting this casino at all, just sharing my experience as a pretty heavy degen player.

I’m not sharing transaction details publicly for confidentiality reasons, but I’m including an excerpt from my support conversation.

The issue is with withdrawals via deBridge. When using a bridge, funds can end up in their internal flow. In my case, their risk team is refusing to send funds to my personal wallet and insists on sending them back to a deBridge-controlled hot wallet instead, which I don’t control.

https://i.ibb.co/hRvHhhY9/Capture-d-e-cran-2026-04-18-a-09-24-37.png

At one point, I was down around ~$100,000, then managed to run it up to roughly ~$160,00 otherwise I would’ve been completely wiped out and now they want to send the funds to a hot wallet I don’t control, which is obviously a major issue.

At that point, support becomes basically useless and you’re stuck with their internal process.

I’ve wagered over $20M across different casinos and accounts, and this is the first time I’ve seen this kind of withdrawal situation.

Until this is resolved and my funds are properly paid out, I won’t be depositing again on this casino.

Did they give you a reason they are sending the money specifically to the original deBridge hot wallet address? I suppose there must be a reason. You haven't posted the full story, so it's hard to make a conclusion based on just your words.

They don’t provide a clear reason. My understanding is that using a bridge may now be flagged as higher risk.

I’ve used the same wallet and deBridge setup before without any issues, but recently withdrawals have started becoming more complicated and restrictive.

There’s no real explanation from support, just repeated internal policy responses.

Update:
After completing identity verification, they are being much more cooperative and are now helping me withdraw the funds back to the wallet used for the deposit through deBridge. Fortunately, deBridge has very good support.

That said, I still think it’s unfortunate to block a user from withdrawing to their own wallet purely for AML reasons because a bridge was used.

If someone had bad intentions, would they really play like a degen and roll $3,000 dice bets on 98–100 outcomes? There’s clearly some nuance missing in how these situations are assessed.

Many users rely on bridges for legitimate reasons:

They need to move funds between blockchains
Their preferred chain is not directly supported
They want more privacy in their financial activity
In some families, societies, or religions, gambling is badly perceived, so discretion matters

Restricting withdrawals in these cases hurts the user experience.

It looks like the issue should be resolved soon. I’ve generally always been satisfied with Rainbet, which is why this last experience was disappointing. Especially since in my previous topic I defended them honestly and shared that my overall experience had been positive.

This should be the last time you deposit funds into a casino or exchange using an address you have no control over or through a smart contract. Some services even warn about this. Simply first move the funds into an address you have control over and the deposit to the casino. Same thing with withdrawals.

You can never know, a hacker who has millions in his addresses that have been flagged wouldn't mind going high risk on a casino just to get put some clean coins. They see most of the scenarios that we don't

You can use deBridge for whatever reason but always ensure the funds first pass through an address you control. To enhance privacy, create a fresh address every time you make a deposit and withdrawal. Simple as that.

Yep right, I should have routed Debridge through an address I control instead of sending directly from Debridge to Rainbet.

Funds have been recovered. They are obviously not scammers, but they did process the payout back through deBridge.

That said, their AML policies are very strict. I could easily have lost access to my funds if I had used a less reliable bridge than deBridge, which fortunately provided excellent support throughout my request.

I feel they could have made an effort to accommodate a payout directly to a personal wallet, especially considering I have an account there with over $12M wagered in under one month.

Overall, the issue is resolved, but the experience was stressful and disappointing. They definitely had me stressed out all day.

Good thing it was resolve, such huge amount should be prioritize to process. And yes, you have valid reasons to not going back again, it's their big loss anyway from such high roller. For you future transactions use only debridge through address you fully control to avoid such incident.

I also, suggest to edit the OP that your issue is now resolved.

Thanks for your message.

I’ll be locking the thread now since the issue is resolved. Appreciate the support.

On a final note, I’m stepping away from gambling completely. Even if you sometimes make money before losing it all back, it takes a real toll mentally over time. It’s not just about the money.

To anyone reading this: don’t gamble. You will lose money, and often much more than that.
