1000 USDT (tron) to USDT (eth) becomes 982 USDT (around 1,7% fee). If you assume the TRON fee is $6, that's a final fee of 1,2%.

Since there is no Fast option available for USDT TRON right now (looking at the website), you can only use the Chain option, which processes everything on chain. That means they probably have to pay the TRX fee many times to swap USDT from one blockchain to the other. You're comparing that to exchanges that have their own liquidity, so they just receive X and send Y right away (single tx, single fee). At least that's how I see it, maybe they can improve it later on.

It took me a long time to notice that the refund address is a mandatory field and that I added a wrong type of address.

My suggestion: Do not make the refund mandatory. Just refund back to the sender if it is a blank field.

Or, enter a clear message "Mandatory refund address"

Same with me, I just tried to use the website but I also found that "Exchange" button is gray. At first I thought that it is just bad design, but after trying to experiment with different exchange amounts I realised that it is just not working.

Yep, I was about to mention it here. They have made the refund address mandatory and their fast mode is not enabled since I last checked. Is there any reason? Like they mentioned before?

I am bookmarking my old transaction, and it still appears right now. My question is: how long is that transaction automatically deleted? Can we delete itself?

Glad it sorted itself out — 15 minutes after bumping the fee is solid. Electrum is actually one of the wallets where RBF works really well. For future reference — if a transaction gets stuck again on minimum fee, just do RBF on your end without contacting us, we'll process the replacement automatically.

If a transaction is stuck, and the user can't bump the fee, can DEX.fo do CPFP (Child-Pays-For-Parent)?
