It's a fork of NXT's source code, All of the features are with NXT.

2014.4.1~2014.4.8 :According to the proportion of investment allocation
If you want to get coins do the following:
1.  Choose a secret phrase
2.  Calculate SHA256 hash of this phrase ( http://www.xorbin.com/tools/sha256-hash-calculator can be used)
3.  Calculate SHA256 hash of the hash you got on the previous step
4.  Send any amount to 15yNcKJvFLr7vJgbGa89PNg2a33yaVRDtZ, don’t forget to attach a message with the hash you got on the 3rd step.
(Min deposit:0.1BTC)
That’s it.  When Whatcoin is launched you will get part of new coins and your stake will be proportional to the amount you sent.

Why would anyone invest in an IPO on a coin called Whatcoin.
if your gonna do an ipo you should at least have a serious name for the coin.

What about not investing at all in coins that doesn't even exist and surely never will. Same guy doing the same scam over and over again.
