We use money to buy many things but we can't waste time without doing something benefit to us. Time is precious as if you lose time, you can't turn back time. My father says don't wasting time as you can't buy time to turn back.

But if you losing money, you can searching for other ways to have money. You can at least works to have an income so you can use it to buy your needs.

But people thinks that money can buy all things but that is not. You don't have to look money as precious but just for a tool to buy something.

The idea of money with an expiration date has been discussed multiple times before. In your thought experiment, that guy can spend the money "as he wants" before they expire. This means that he can invest the money in stocks and bonds(or even precious metals) before the deadline and he will preserve their value before the money expires.
I get the idea of time being the only resource, which is finite and you can't have it back once you spend it. This has been repeated over and over again and it's a pretty simple wisdom. However, most people keep procrastinating and act as if they have all the time in the world.

Time is another valuable asset we know , people need money too  but money is not the most precious thing, having money with such condition you stated shows how unimportant it is to the person in question, having money with a condition on how to use it , when to use it is terrible, because he may not finished spending it before it expires, and it will be worthless for him , in all I understand this context to be , money can expire , but time wait for no one , time moves without no expiring date , time is more valuable than anything.

I began to observe this concept several years ago. It did not feel right at all. It was a long time before I could explain to myself why. Time and resources do not come "properly" with a built-in manual. The majority of don't know what good looks like. It is only through making mistakes that they learn the rules. I think in all you have mentioned the only thing that Money cannot buy there in your list is breath the rest of the things money can actually purchase it, and in fact without money you can’t even have some of the basic things mentioned their for example health, love, relationships and freedom, if you don’t have money you can’t take care of yourself when you fall sick, as a human on earth you most actually fall sick so basically without money you won’t have good health and to avoid sickness for a long time it require you eating healthy food and staying in healthy environment which can only be achieved with money especially in today’s world.

Things would stay with him and thus his wealth would grow. Or, for example, he could sell these things someday.

In the same way, you need to manage your time - accumulate knowledge every day (necessary and unnecessary), develop your skills, even develop your body physically (for those who have the opportunity). It's a very broken and weird analogy that you're trying to portray. People who know even the basics about money would be able to live quite happily from 20k a day and should be generous enough to give away any remains at the end of the day in various different forms, like buying gold bars to distribute for the benefit of others. Even knowing this, some people still choose to be lazy or unproductive with their time on a regular basis. Your point is quite good. The comparison between money and time is very apt.
