  FUTURE-PROOF VALUE PROTECTION
 QRX NETWORK • QUBITCOIN

QRX Alpha Network / QubitCoin [QUB]
PRE-ANNOUNCEMENT • Public Community Alpha • Experimental

⚠️ PRE-ANNOUNCEMENT STATUS

QRX is currently in a pre-announcement phase.

• Genesis block has not been finalized yet
• Network parameters may still change
• Launch timeline is flexible
• Community input is actively shaping the design

This is the phase to get in early and help define the network.

What is QRX?

QRX is a future-oriented blockchain ecosystem focused on value protection and long-term adaptability.

The network and ecosystem brand is QRX, while QubitCoin (QUB) is planned as the native currency.

Built from scratch, QRX follows a modern design direction with staking, validator participation and hybrid cryptography in mind.

Current status:
• Public Community Alpha
• Experimental software
• Subject to forks, resets and upgrades
• Not intended for real-world value at this stage

Why QRX?

QRX is not framed as “better Bitcoin today.”

Instead, it explores what a new blockchain can look like if designed from scratch:

• no legacy constraints
• validator / staking-based participation
• lower energy footprint vs Proof-of-Work
• flexible upgrade path via forks
• community-driven evolution

Core Direction

Network: QRX
Currency: QubitCoin (QUB)
Phase: Pre-Launch Alpha
Consensus direction: experimental validator / staking model
Participation: nodes, staking, delegation, observation

Hybrid Cryptography Path

QRX is designed with a forward-looking signature approach:

• Ed25519
• ML-DSA-65

This hybrid direction aligns with future cryptographic requirements and post-quantum considerations.

QRX vs Bitcoin

QRX is not trying to replace Bitcoin.

Instead, it explores alternative design paths:

• future-oriented architecture
• hybrid signature model
• staking-based participation
• flexible evolution via forks
• lower hardware requirements
• accessible node participation

What users can already do

• run experimental nodes
• test transaction flows
• explore early network logic
• observe validator mechanics
• contribute feedback to protocol design

Run a node

git clone https://github.com/phoenixkonsole/qrx
cd qrx
cmake -S . -B build
cmake --build build -j

export QRX_PASSPHRASE=testpass

./build/qrxd --network alpha --datadir ~/.qrx --wallet mynode --listen 0.0.0.0:26661

Why join early?

• influence the network before genesis
• early contributor visibility
• help shape staking & validator mechanics
• participate in core design decisions

QRX Development Update

Grab a PDF with screenshots here: https://github.com/phoenixkonsole/qrx/blob/941b3b73659f9702167ffc4f9698fe148fceb553/QRX_GUI_Wallet_0.0.1.pdf

Today I’ve completed the integration of HTLC (Hashed Time-Locked Contracts) into the QRX core.

This enables:
   •   Atomic swaps (aka Quantum Swaps)
   •   Cross-chain interaction scenarios
   •   What I refer to as Quantum Swaps (HTLC-based, extended for QRX architecture)

Security Layer: Quantum Guard

To reduce misbehavior, exploits and unnecessary friction during the experimental phase, I’ve introduced a new concept:

Quantum Guard

A request-based, swarm-oriented security layer designed to:
   •   Validate critical operations
   •   Add an additional coordination layer
   •   Improve early network stability during pre-genesis and alpha stages

Wallet Progress

The GUI wallet has been updated and now includes:
   •   Full BTC compatibility (UX + flow alignment)
   •   Backup & restore system
   •   Import functionality
   •   Initial security-focused design decisions

The goal remains:
👉 lightweight, intuitive, non-bloated wallet (Tauri-based)

AURA (Next Feature)

Instead of a traditional help page, QRX will introduce:

AURA — AI Assistance Layer
   •   Personal AI assistant per user
   •   Unified interface for multiple AI providers
   •   Designed as a practical utility, not a gimmick

👉 “1 interface to use them all”

This becomes the first real built-in use case beyond pure blockchain mechanics.

What’s next
   •   Further refinement of core + HTLC behavior
   •   Expansion towards agentic AI systems (user-defined)
   •   Continued work on QRX ecosystem tools

Side Track: QRX – The Node Wars

Parallel to development, I’m experimenting with:

QRX: The Node Wars

A concept/game layer around node participation and network dynamics
(details on Discord)

   •   GitHub: https://github.com/phoenixkonsole/qrx

Closing Note

QRX is still in a pre-genesis / experimental phase.

The focus remains:
   •   Independent architecture
   •   Practical features
   •   Iterative development with community input

I’ve startet to work on the Android and iOS game QRX The Node wars which will also feature a non-custodial wallet.
More Infos in the discord. Last call for the initial wallet tests phase 1.
In a week I should have finished my own testing and personal mini-audit so I will feel ready to share the code for feedback and bug hunting.

later today I will upload the current source and will try to setup build scripts. Windows, Mac and Linux GUI wallets (within core) will be shared so you can test the layout and give feedback and bug reports.

The source for the core and gui will be shared via GitHub for security and bug hunting.

Feedback in any form leading to constructive progress and or updates will be honored with XP -> those again will lead to a higher share of the Genesis Coins.

Please don’t waste time with Mainnet. We will use testnet for now and device everything during the test phase.

Sure you could fork and create your own QRX coin / Mainnet but it wouldnt be “ours” : )

See you later…

My proposal and built in setup for now:

QRX / QUB Chain Parameters

Block time: 10 seconds
Initial block reward: 0.25 QUB
Halving interval: 12,614,400 blocks (~4 years)
Validator / Delegator reward split: 30% / 70%
Default validator commission: 10%
Transaction fees: added to the reward pool

Validator minimum self-stake:
100 QUB

Slashing:
Double-sign:
- 50% slash of validator power
- validator tombstoned / long-term jailed

Offline:
- after 100 missed blocks
- 1% slash
- 1 hour jail
- repeat penalty max once per 100 blocks

Mainnet / Alpha:
- no public faucet
- no manual reward minting
- rewards only via finalized blocks
- chain_id + consensus_version locked

Finally we got the Source windows compatible so you can build branch 0.0.3 on windows.

A merge with main branch will be done tomorrow.

Next stop is 0.0.4 which will introduce the final tokenomics. Feel free to discuss details.

Here is the current proposal regarding a Founders Treasury as words against a potential pre-mine were shared on discord.

QRX Core v0.0.4 Proposal — Foundation Treasury & Long-Term Sustainability

Before QRX goes live publicly, we are planning to introduce a transparent and declining Foundation Treasury model into the protocol.

Why?

Building a sovereign Layer-1 blockchain requires:
- continuous core development
- security audits
- infrastructure
- exchange integrations
- ecosystem grants
- long-term maintenance

Instead of hidden inflation, stealth minting or large premines, QRX will use a fully transparent on-chain treasury allocation.

Planned Treasury Schedule:

Year 1 → 20%
Year 2 → 10%
Year 3 → 5%
Year 4+ → 2%

The allocation automatically declines over time and stabilizes permanently at only 2%.

The treasury is intended to support:
- protocol security
- development
- validator ecosystem growth
- future governance
- interoperability
- quantum-resistant research
- public infrastructure

Important:
- no hidden minting
- no surprise inflation
- fully visible on-chain
- hardcoded emission schedule
- deterministic reward logic

The Foundation Wallet will initially be a protocol-coded placeholder address before genesis finalization and later migrated to the official QRX Foundation Treasury.

This proposal is planned for QRX Core v0.0.4 before public chain launch.

The goal is simple:

Fund the network early.
Reduce inflation over time.
Remain sustainable long-term.
Avoid centralized venture capital dependence.

Call to action:

In order to prevent a regular pre-mine we will allow up to 50 early community members to send us a wallet address and to get 1000 QUB locked for 180 days. You can become a validator and keep the blockchain moving.

We are also looking for up to 4 community driven Seednodes to be added.

Branch 0.0.6 got more updates prior to Genesis:

0.0.6 branch got more convinience updates for node operators prior to launch. It will help us to have a more enjoyable genesis and was worth to add..

# QRX Core v0.0.6 - Node Status RPC + CLI Network Auto-Detection

## Added

- Added dashboard RPC endpoints:
  - getblockchaininfo
  - getnetworkinfo
  - getuptime
  - getbuildinfo
  - getnodestatus

- Added consolidated getnodestatus endpoint for dashboards.
- Added uptime reporting.
- Added build/version/OpenSSL reporting.
- Added sync-related fields:
  - local_height
  - best_peer_height
  - highest_known_block
  - blocks_behind
  - sync_percent

## CLI Improvement

qrx-cli can now run without explicitly passing --network every time.

Network resolution order:

1. Explicit --network parameter
2. QRX_NETWORK environment variable
3. ~/.qrx/current_network
4. Fallback to alpha

## Daemon Improvement

qrxd now writes the active network to:

~/.qrx/current_network

Example:

./qrxd --network mainnet

Then CLI commands can be used directly:

./qrx-cli getnodestatus
./qrx-cli getblockchaininfo
./qrx-cli getnetworkinfo
./qrx-cli getwalletinfo

## Notes

If a custom --datadir is used, pass the same --datadir to qrx-cli.

Explicit --network always has priority.

Example output:
./qrx-cli getnodestatus
{"ok":true,"method":"getnodestatus","result":{"version":"0.0.6","build":"Jun  7 2026 22:45:48","network":"alpha","uptime":6,"connections":4,"listening":true,"networkactive":true,"local_height":0,"best_peer_height":0,"highest_known_block":0,"blocks_behind":0,"sync_percent":100.00,"bestblockhash":"","wallet_loaded":true,"wallet_address":"qrx135710236209946eb1f26ec165f5cbfa2ed4d03f2fb224e4304404e69dc3d87b968ba72d448c af46d46727fdddf32b097920a4783926cb7444eabd08f","block_producer":true,"node_pid":53355,"rpc":"http://127.0.0.1:37661/rpc","hybrid_crypto":true,"mldsa":true,"openssl":"OpenSSL 3.6.2 7 Apr 2026"}}
