What did the writer actually want to say with this long post? It's all messy & hard to follow... OP keeps repeating some words like "hinderance", "learn better, but he never explains what that actually means or how to apply it.

I think OP is Emphasizing on points that need to be known so that anyone coming into gambling won’t messup and start gambling irresponsibly which could eventually lead to becoming an addict.  He’s using the word “hinderance wrongly from the way I understand his post.

What I can only suggest is to not gamble without having any plans for your funds and don’t gamble with what you can’t afford to loose( most gamblers don’t even follow this anymore  )

You can easily go straight to the point rather than beat around the bush and at the end of the day only send a single message which is what you've passed across right from your first line. If we're being literal with your question, then there's little hindrance to gambling other than the fact that in some region, there might be some level of restriction. Take out the restriction issue and you will find out that all you need to know about every casino are clearly spelt out in the terms of service and that anyone can easily make use of whatever casino they dim suitable for them.

Apart from these things, just sort out basic things like how to deal with addiction, the amount you're to use in gambling and sole really basic things and you're very much good to go.

In every thing people are doing there is always hindrance or limitations on what they are doing. Of course, the most tempting thing in gambling is when you do not take proper attention to how you would be gambling or to set limits where you should be reaching before closing for that particular day. Gambling without discipline and self control has lead many to bankrupt and chasing looses just to recover what has been loose is another way of loosing the more because you are not sure of winning, all one does is just playing and hoping to win which is not guarantee, as a gambler one should just see it as fun and not a source of livelihood where you depend on it for survival and we should avoid using money we can't afford to loose to gamble just to be on a safer side.

We should be able to bet modestly and have a budget that will keep us in check of the funds we are using and know when to gamble and when not to, every gambler should bear two things in his mind which is loosing and winning and you are expecting to loose money so long gambling is concerned, impatient and not carefully analyzing games could be another factor that detters and hinders gambling process, indiscipline leads to addiction and once you become an addict it's difficult to control your gambling habits

1: controls, as a gambler don't be lost in the illusion of control, this a situation where you think you are actually in charge of the situation and keep gambling excessively in a particular direction either losing or winning direction.

It irritates me to know that most gamblers have these type of delusional mindset. The casinos give you a false sense of control that allows you the chance to make decisions, but the results don't say the same thing.

2: lack of bankroll management, this where the whole thing ball down to, if you can't manage your money properly you are definitely going to be taken put of the game in no time.

First and foremost, carefully read the casino rules before you start playing. Many people lose money by breaking a rule and getting kicked out. Secondly, the motto of this forum section is: "Only bet what you can afford to lose." Keeping track of your finances makes it harder to incur unnecessary or damaging losses. The hindrances I could think of are in two parts: 1. The risk itself, and 2. The insincerity of the bookies. Losses in gambling are teaching a lot of people bitter lesson s, and if they tell other people their stories, others become skeptical of trying it. This might not have stopped most people but I'm sure that it has stopped many. And among those who tried it and failed, many might never return.

Aside from that, the unfair practices of casinos are big issues here. I can't start mentioning them one by one, but they range from rigging, confiscation of lawfully winning, trick/insincere in their Ts&Cs little or no help for the addicts, etc.

If your casino treats you fairly, then you are lucky.

The good thing about listening to other players' experiences is that it can help us make faster decisions because of those experiences. Some players don't see it, but I always listen to those with more experience and make decisions accordingly. Living your own experiences is good, but with advice it's better. At least having that knowledge and experience kept me from falling into unfavorable position in gambling,  the dact that chasing the money on it own is another trap to losing consistently, this is where most newbies miss it in gambling and end up losing big money.

While gambling on a platform, first of all, they should read the ToS well and stay away from any activity that goes against their rules. Maximum players face problems with these issues that they jump on a platform after seeing various attractive offers of a platform but do not read the ToS there well due to which they face things in some cases that make them dissatisfied with that platform. At that time, they blame that platform but it is of no use because it is its own fault because it has done activity against the ToS. So I consider it mandatory to read the ToS of that platform before starting to use a casino platform. Otherwise, everything on that platform should be accepted with a smile.
