It seems the thread has been removed and the user has been nuked, probably. Their announcement thread should be archived as well. However, nice finding. It's traditional scam tactics, and they seem to be rising again. But it's good to see moderators down with their announcement, so forum users are almost safe now. I am wondering how lazy these scammers are that they don't even change the default placeholder for the contents. Also, it's a matter of concern new users might fall into a trap. Thanks for letting me know, mate. I have already submitted an abuse report to Realtime Register and they forwarded it to Hostinger. I have now provided them with all supporting evidence and the case is currently under review.

If they confirm the site violates their policies, it may get taken down. But honestly, that would only burn one card as they likely have other domains ready to use. They can simply upload the same ready-made template again, change the logo, and continue.
Their laziness may simply come from managing too many scam sites at the same time.
