What’s your “must-have” setup when playing at a casino?

Nothing much, I will have the feeling to do of betting only when I am in my comfort zone, so it's my PC or Tablet and then in my cozy bed. I don't like to bet for very long sessions yet I can't even imagine doing that while I am in some kind of hurry or not comfortable.

I find it best that whenever I gamble, I must consume lots of food for good measure. The good thing is- even if I lose my money in the process, I wouldn't be hungry afterwards! It's better to lose with a full stomach; than to lose with even an empty stomach.

Another thing, I tend to avoid any caffeine (which includes energy drinks, coffee, etc.) because it increases my heart-rate further. One mistake/win can potentially spike my heartrate which can possibly cause a heart-attack on my end. Of course, I wouldn't want that to happen leaving my pending obligations or enjoying the fruit of my winnings.

Exactly- always bet when you are in a comfortable position. That's the reason on why I always bet with a full stomach so that I wouldn't be broke afterwards. Additionally, losing with a full stomach at least gives me some time to think for the day and reflect on my actions while not being hungry.

I think I get 3 cups of coffee every day because I am always on my computer to do work and some gambling. Also, when watching sports, I always like a cup of coffee on the side. It became a habit, and it's really difficult to stop now. Truly, coffee is damn addictive.
When it comes to music while playing slots or casino games, rock is what makes the energy high for me, or maybe some alternative rock. Anyway, that's my daily dose whenever I play, and I think that's how it will be for a long time.

This is my perfect setup, which is why I do it when everything is asleep. I can concentrate while drinking my favorite coffee. I want total silence while I silently enjoy what I'm doing.
I like to be an introvert when I gamble. I can analyze my mitake and I don't have someone to tell me my next moves. Of course, this is different when you are in a physical casino; I'm totally different when playing in offline casinos.

I usually prefer silence while gambling. At that time, I keep my attention only on gambling. If for some reason I may have a problem with gambling, then I do not start gambling because if someone disturbs me during gambling, it feels the worst to me. Usually, I prefer to gamble alone. Drinks are not compulsory, but it would be good to have a cup of fruit juice if it is available. No need for food since it's a very short activity. Also, some food might serve as a distraction. Soft music when I don't need to pay much attention. Dark mode is perfect because of my eyesight. Silence would be preferred when the game is complex and needs focus.  Since there are children around me, it would be better if no one is at home. A desktop is good since all the features of the gambling platform would be visible.

Majority of the times I play casino games is during the night before I go to bed, so yeah I like dark mood not only because it's night but because of the quietness so music is a no for me because it would act like an interference to ton of choices I have in my head at thesame time. In regard to the devices choice to pick from i prefer to gamble using my mobile as its very easy and mobile to use unlike your pc which cannot certainty be used under some conditions. To be honest there is no set up at all, I don't like any kind of drink or anything like that, and I don't keep food nearby. The room doesn't really matter to me but yes music is important to me, It's easier to stay focused if something light is playing. And I play on mobile most of the time, because that's where I feel more comfortable. Another thing that is important to me is setting limits. No matter how perfect the environment is if you don't have a good head or a limit, a good session can easily go bad.

I don't particularly like drinking, or eating during my gambling sessions. Regarding lighting, I can play anywhere, because the screen contrast can be adjusted to suit my needs, and some casino sites also provide a dark/light mode feature as well. The only music I need is from the games I play at the casino, as some games are enjoyable to listen to while playing. I usually gamble only when I have free time, which means I try to avoid interruptions during my gambling sessions. So, those are some of my answers to your questions OP.

By the way, I consider some of your questions to be optional. The "must-have" setup, or equipment needed when playing at a casino is a device that supports it ( doesn't lag easily, or experience frame drops, that disrupt the process), and a reliable internet connection (doesn't slow).

Yeah, I think strong internet connection is the most important thing we need to set up or fix before playing. There was a day I played casino with poor internet connection this made me lose alot of money because I was thinking that my bet didn't go through, and then I kept trying to place the bet unknowing to me that all the attempt I have been making was just going through and when I refresh my balance I discovered that I'm Left with zero. So for me I think internet connection is the first thing and also look for place that is very quiet.

When I have all of these, I feel like I can spend hours in a casino. I make sure that I have all these on weekends, where I can spend hours. I can enjoy my time when I have this set up. There are so many people in our house that the only time I can do this is on weekends at midnight or when no one is at home.
I don't want to be disturbed when playing; distractions are what make me lose my concentration and break the flow of entertainment.

Just being alone in your safe and comfort zone where AC is on and a ready to drink cold beverage makes a good set-up when playing at a casino.
