What’s your “must-have” setup when playing at a casino?

For me, I just make sure I’m not doing it out on broad daylight. I don’t do it in public for many reasons. One would be safety and second playing might interfere in whatever agenda I have that day and vice versa.

I have always making the money I know I can afford to lose as a gambler and this have been helping me a lot even if I lost all my bankroll on a casino trying to make money from casino games. There are other things I do keep in mind when betting which I know that luck comes and go and if I am not lucky this time, I will try and help myself next time.

Overall I don't really have any criteria for my gambling, the most important thing is a good internet connection and of course when I'm alone without any interference from others.  Maybe that's one of the options you mean by “No one at home to disturb you?” but even if there are some family members including my partner I can still gamble in the office so I don't feel bothered by that.

I always try not to show my gambling activities to anyone even though my partner and closest people know I gamble but as much as possible I don't want to show gambling to them especially to my children so I prefer to a comfortable place when I am alone then I do gambling.

I do have a "must have" of myself, which is smoking, I have been smoking Marlboro for 15 years now, so I need to have that with me everywhere I go, if you could consider that then yeah maybe that but that is not specific for gambling to be fair that is true for everything I do.

Aside from that I am pretty sure that I do not have anything specific that is just for gambling, that has never came to my mind, I never really feel like there is something extra needed for it.

It depends if we are talking about online or in person. There are some things that can be true for both, like being in the right mood and state of mind - if you start playing while angry or depressed, every loss can just wind you up even more. Starting the session on a level head and with plenty of rest is ideal, because you'll be making the optimal decisions at least for the first couple hours. I find that drinking coffee or alcohol can lead to spikey behaviour, which is fine but you need to be aware of your highs and lows or it can bite you. I always prefer the desktop version of sites because I've found it easier to make mistakes and sometimes options are missing / difficult to access when on the mobile versions.

For me personally, silence is the main priority. Of course, my friends and I can get together at someone's house and play, and then it can be a bit noisy because someone is laughing or saying something loudly so everyone can hear. But when I'm playing on my phone, I prefer silence. If I take breaks, I can drink coffee and then continue playing later. With friends, alcoholic drinks are present, but not in large quantities.

My must have setup while gambling:

Avoid energy drinks and drugs, like weeds or alcohol all this could inpire your reasoning and interfere with your decision-making process, so for me just a good Internet connection and fewer distractions, depending on the kind of distraction that I may have. Gambling is not so hard a thing but the extra activities around it could make you feel that gambling is hard to achieve that fun we wanted.

Yea, taking energy drinks regularly is not actually good but if the person takes it just on occasional basis it won't affect the person, just that some people who gambles every day would actually want to be taking it daily if that's what they like, meanwhile those that gamble occasionally are at advantage. Personally, I take energy drink only when I feel the need to do so but if it's bear, I can take daily or only skip some days, directly, I do not need those things before I can gamble.

On the first place of my must-have for gambling is good mood. If something bothers you or worries, I recommend not to start gambling. On the second place I would put a drink. Any will do. Alcoholic (small portion) or still water. I simply love to drink something while sitting relax, watching something or gambling. The rest isnt that important. You did not mention the most important thing mate, to me the most important thing to have is a good/strong Internet connection because without a good internet connection you will be frustrated while gambling, even though you gamble for entertainment or gambling for money you will be distracted while gambling. As strong Internet connection is the most important thing, people will lose a lot of money if they gamble in a location where there's no stable Internet connection. There are no special and mandatory equipment for me to carry out gambling activities, it's just that I gamble more calmly and focus in the morning, you could say that between 4-6 in the morning I only need two hours to gamble, the rest is for other activities.

It is good to gamble when there is good music playing. There are some who can lose control of their gambling because of that music. Their concentration can be hindered. In the case of rich gamblers, they can consume various types of food, starting from drinking alcohol, while gambling. They like to listen to music. Even if they have to lose a lot at that time, they are still interested in enjoying that time. But in the case of ordinary gamblers, there is some change. But for me, I just gamble right away lol. There is no need to complicate things on my side. All I gotta do is to have a money but even on this part, even a tiny amount can still do too. That is how game I am when it comes to gambling.

But if I can still answer your question right there, here it goes.

For drinks : Coffee, or Choco malt drink, since I sometimes gambling the moment I woke up in the morning.

Snacks or food : Most of the times regular meals, since I tried playing too during I eat my meals.

Lighting : I can play anytime of the day. But I do like doing my thing in the late evening when everything is at peace.

Music : No music because I like the default sound of the slot games I am playing. I love the sound too when a big win comes.

Company : I prefer to be alone.

Desktop or mobile : Actually I tried both already but at most times I am on my phone. It is easy to click here too and then it gives me comfort and more privacy, as sometimes I hide the game from my wife because I don't want her to see my balance, as she might beg for money haha.

What i always like to have during my gambling session is having a clear head first, checking my gambling psychology, and how much i am willing to risk for the gambling session (with the conclusion of not going beyond the plan budget, no matter the game result, and if it happens to be a win, I withdraw my winning asap to avoid having more impression trying more luck).
These are the things I have in plan an i dont go for snacks, coffee, or any form of drink cause they can reduce the level of concentration.

I think you need to be specific on your question; let say if you are play on physical casinos because I know that most of the online doesn't play cool music rather than the game sounds which are sometimes very offensive, so physical casinos are likely to have cool music at the background while people are playing the game and having their fun. But online gambling site i do not like involving myself with noise or allowing someone to get me distracted so, what I does is to go the living room or somewhere o know that is too comfortable for me to stay and gambling. For about what would keep my energy scaling, of course I do not mind having a little alcohol around me and also some nut with me while the vibe is going.
