It contains a lot of useful information and tips but it makes scrolling down to links at the bottom of the page a bit inconvenient. It would look much better if you move it to a dedicated or separate page(s).
Also, I encountred some issues when trying to sign up. I can’t seem to complete the registration because the page is frozen and I can’t scroll down to the lower fields.

Yes, and thanks for your response. I was trying to make enquiries about the casino via their online support, but it required me to fill out a form with my email, which I wasn't comfortable with, so I had to come ask here. However, I don't see it convenient for me to give out my email when I just want to make enquiries about a casino via their online support. It is not conducive for me either.

Wagering requirements are ridiculous to me as well. If users can't take advantage of the promotional offers, then it doesn't make sense to offer something like this.
