Well they are not the least complicated guys on this forum. I tested them and mini games like dice to not count towards wagering even if you wager a million, it is irrelevant for any withdrawal requests. If you play a sports combo with odds of 1.4 and you have one "push" in that bet like "over 3 goals and over 4 goals" and the latter ends with 4 goals, they deduct the amount that went to the 4 goals so to say and it still increase the required amount to be wagered.

I tried all those things and you either run through slots (without the games like dice) or you play a plain sports bet with a result with odds 1.3+.

Withdrawals take quite some time to be rejected and even more time to be processed. You have no bar to see the wagered amount.

At the end of the day I am cool with these things, but support has argued that all the things they do to reject those withdrawals would all be because of legal things. I don't know... I am fine with it, I now know what to deal with and I finally got my withdrawal released after three rejections.

A TRX withdrawal I remember on Earnbet once took me less than 15 seconds. That is quite a brutal quality level for the players.

That's a big no-go if you ask me. Unless you claimed a bonus, which you didn't say you did, you should be allowed to wager your real money deposits any way you want. Whether that's playing dice, slots, sports, live games, or anything else is your decision. A casino shouldn't limit its players regarding the games they are allowed to wager real money on.

Yeah, I didn't take any bonuses. And in normal situations, there shouldn't be any restrictions for the deposit rollover requirement while I haven't taken any bonuses. The in-house games are also generating revenue for them. They don't even consider the wager of those games for the weekly leaderboard contest.

'memehunter' has highlighted a terms of 1.3× odds. I think it is related to sports betting. There is no way to check the total wagered amount if you play those mini games. Those games don't even contribute to the VIP rank progress. So, I don't see any reasons for keeping those mini games.

Just created a dummy account to check and they use point system for the VIP progress $100 wager = 1 point.
While most of the Level up bonuses are in a form of Free Spins and Sports freebet.
I cant find information about wagering requirement for the winning from the FS we may get from the loyalty program while there is 10x wager requirement applied for the winning from freebet.

Most online casinos on this forum that advertise themselves as not having KYC simply mean that they don't require KYC from the get go or by default but they reserve the right to request from players to undergo identity verification at any point in time. However, the thing you found is significantly different and isn't the same thing as 'we don't request KYC by default'. Those terms state that you can't even play, deposit or withdraw without undergoing KYC first. Very contradicting indeed!

Correct. As you noticed already, they are totally opposite. I understand what some casinos mean by claiming themself as No KYC. Some of them come up with the NO KYC title, and then they either modify it, or tell the community that you can play without KYC till this or that. Or sometimes, we do not require KYC for crypto players, we do it for fiat players, etc., etc. As for this casino, they clearly stated that they are very strict about KYC. The player cannot even move without doing the KYC.

I don't understand why the hell they would claim themself as no KYC casino in Bitcointalk announcement thread. Is it became a marketing strategy? So they get more comments in their thread? Claiming themself as No KYC so people talk about it?

There was no specific mention of 'sports bet exclusively'. All the terms will be same as other bounty bounty tournament, including wagering conditions for redeeming prizes. But I also acknowledge that different casinos have different polices regarding wagering on deposits.

I guess that is indicative of how unserious they are promoting and getting clients on a site that the terms themselves are quite hostile to newcomers.

Yes, they are new here, but they just launched their promotional campaign through a reputable manager here on this platform, which should tell us that they are kind of busy putting things together with their project. Maybe the reasons why it seems we have not heard from them yet. It does not cost anything to be patient with them, as it was just a few days ago they set up their official announcement thread. I believe they will be back online to attend to the community as they have a lot to benefit here so I do not think they would neglect members here since they already are running a promotional campaign.

Just try out their platform on sport and I love it especially when placing bet on live games. The only issue I had with them was their payout which took few minutes compare to others that I have been using. I don't see any reason for their ANN to be this silence about question but nevertheless let's be patient for them before we conclude on them being a scam.

I saw a similar or even worse example a couple of months ago, where one casino only accepts wagers on slots for its wagering requirements with real money deposits. It's clear why it's like that. The explanation clears something about their terms on KYC but if the ToS is already outdated, they will need to update it as soon as possible, especially after it was found by community and they were already aware about that too.

ToS needs to be written in very details, and precisely reflects what the company offers to users. From the answer, they provide no KYC service for cryptocurrency users, but if it is fiat currency users from Visa/ Mastercard, KYC will be requested, mandatory so these two opposite terms must be added to their ToS. It's better to have a transparent and detailed ToS than lacking of some details which can confuse users and can be a possible reputation damage factor for their company too.

Your reason is acceptable to prevent fraudulent activity but it is better if it is not being implemented in general to all players.
There are many players who hate slot games as they do like dice game only, plinko, crash, or other games with lower house edge.
If there is an indication that players play the games merely to meet the wagering requirement only, you may reject the withdrawal request.
However, if players play your mini games most of the time, you should not force them to play slots just to meet the 1x wagering requirement.
