Very well said, I agree with you. With big withdrawals, it's reasonable for casinos to do manual and careful checks before approving that withdrawal, and proceed it for users but in this situation, it seems no information about the withdrawal is big.

In addition, I think weekend days are not counted as business days actually brings more "troubles" or "inconvenience" to users because it will take more waiting days for users. Cryptocurrency exchanges have withdrawal processing for users daily, even during weekends and online casinos are almost the same. Sometimes during big holidays, customer support can take longer time to handle than usual as some reported cases on some casinos, however with withdrawals I believe that all casinos will need to do it as quickly as possible for users.

I hope Casinok will fixed this withdrawal speed because they are using this feature as an attraction for players to play here.
They shouldn’t use instant withdrawal if it will take long time like their max waiting time.
Maybe they process the withdrawal within a few minutes most of the time. I have only made one withdrawal from here, which was processed within 5 minutes when I completed the 1× rollover requirement by playing the slots game. I usually avoid casinos which don't process the small to medium withdrawals instantly.

Was it 2digits? 3digits? 4digits?

Previously mahdirakib experienced a rejection for his withdrawal with a reason, how about yours?
Did you ask them when your withdrawal was rejected? Or you did not ask anything and due to your frustration then you decide to play with your money until you lose it all?
About KYC, how can they ask you KYC while they have a banner in the homepage that there is no KYC for crypto?

If KYC is still being asked for crypto users, they should remove this banner as it is false information.

As I understand the support reply. She just claim that crypto withdrawal will not take more than 1 hour which means its the possible waiting in case it take some time to process. Claiming under 10 minutes is probably the average waiting time and not the maximum waiting time for crypto withdrawal.

Some user already have experience that casino process withdrawal quickly if there’s no problem on the account.

I have no personal experience on the withdrawal but I will give my feedback on Tuesday when I play here.

Casinok always converts our deposited funds in USD value and credits the funds as USD in our account. Fast Withdrawal is clearly one of CASINOK's main features, but there is a slight difference between the ads claiming under 10 minutes and the support team confirming within 1 hour.
This makes me wonder whether the 10 minute claim only applies under certain conditions or if that's how long it normally takes.
Either way, the no-KYC policy for crypto withdrawals is a good thing, especially for players who prioritize privacy.

I had made USDT deposit both times. The price of USDT doesn't fluctuate like other cryptos. So, it isn't normal if we receive 1% less than what we deposited after making a deposit with stable coins. Other users have experienced the same issue. I'm not sure whether the difference is really 1% or not as I made two small deposits of $20 only. Can anyone else share their experience of deposited amounts and received funds here?
