I would argue that if we posted golden boot as a win/loss percentage it would have been mine by landslide. Didn't actually check the numbers but have a feeling it must be heavily in my favour considering the number of games I played

Tie-breaker: fewer games played, then final team position

Speaking of scenario, both Slaman and Jeremy is from SEA United so how do you guys decide who gets the golden ball just in case they both get points? If they both get another point then that also means they are taking the 1st spot. Same number of games played, same final team position

I think we didn't account for both of them being in the same team. Too lazy to check the rules to double check now before the game. If it is like that, I think it is only fair they share it. After all they are from the same team.

Yep, we didn't think of that. In that case the reward will be shared.

Let me begin to congratulate my brothers Team Naija in advance for winning the third place in the BTT World Cup 2026- Road to Glory. They said they are not ready to lose twice in a row but I guess we once did in the group stage but still made it this far. The odds are now in their favour more than it is in our favour now and they could win it in regular time if more goals come from their goalscorers which may be unlikely. The penalties is already in their favour and they got a very good lead there. England played well today but we only wanted a win from them to get us into the finals and they played like amateurs that day, hard luck on us. It was a nice and tough competition but until then, let’s see how the tomorrow’s final game turn out to be.
