Still a very long time to go though - we expect to have 16 teams ready to go for sure.

But, as Trofo said, in this one would be helpful to receive info on time so we can plan accordingly.
Usually 20 players register in the last few days and we'd really like to avoid that here.

This counts as you stating the interest We will add your info to the 2nd post for others to see. But official aplication is only when you actually have the team. We will do our best to connect all the people without the teams but this was envisioned more in way that you guys find your own teams.

If I were in your place I would contact that guy from your region privately and together with him would try to find 3rd player. Good place to look for is your local section on Bitcointalk if there is any. Maybe I am getting that wrong since we (Croatia) have great local section and we knew from the get go about 10 people that would be up for this there. All those contacts will help you perform better once the event starts. Creating the flag, agreeing on payments.... it all starts to build team cohesion before the real thing.

There are still 40 days left in the event. Someone can take a chance, but I want to clear one thing mostly South Asians love cricket. Rarely do people love to join these high-priced pools/contests. The situation is not good in a few countries, but I personally believe many Indians can join, but why they are not doing it is surprising to me as well because they have enough knowledge and sources for doing stuff for this, but maybe time is a problem for them. With this World Cup going to be played in the USA, this is also going to be a big problem.

Ya I also want to avoid looking for teams last minute, so I guess in 2 weeks I will decide already whether to join someone. Frankly, quite disappointed with South Asians who have a very big presence in gambling thread but seems like very low REAL participation.

Nah, its not time. If they said so, that is the most bullshit excuse in the world ever. On this forum hundreds of South Asian or Indian accounts are spending time posting in the gambling (and earning good money on signature campaign). In Discord and Telegram you see them all there very busy.

Cricket last hours, even in short format. Football is 2 hours.

They are also closer to USA in time difference than Southeast Asian guys, but seems many of them playing and paying for pools.

No reason not to be just Argentina though.

Bets are prematch, yes - and will have to be played before the start of the round. That will be the deadline for all 3 mini-games.

It's a 1mBTC buy-in per person, with captains and multiple tags, so really don't expect to see it here.

The whole idea is to create mini Telegram/whatever groups for you guys to agree on your picks/discuss them and to kinda introduce you to each other considering you're close to each other.

So yeah - what I expect is that people discuss their picks and then submit them. Not really that people just visit the thread once per round to post their picks.

Yeah its hard to imagine that we will have anything less than 98% submission rate considering the buy-in is quite pricey although its for 3 people. On top of that we are talking about decent amount of prizes especially now that bitcoin is back to $80k

Aside from that I just realized that your team members could always submit on your behalf right. Lets say I was gone during the prediction quiz submission time, then buway could always decide to submit it on my behalf since its pretty similar to how BSFL form works
