I checked your ToS and you communication rule does not state it would update registered members about updates on policy changes if thee be any. It is at your sole discretion to update your Terms of service and policy without the knowledge of your community members. I have another question for XMR.GG. Since email is only optional, then how would one recover their account in case of forgetting password..? I mean someone's only means of account recovery (email) would be missing here. What's the account recovery process exactly? Or is it once gone forever gone kind of concept?

In that case, suppose I don't remember my pass and want to create another account, will that be allowed? I'm assuming it would be a multi account violation (though, I didn't find anything related to that in your t&c). I would appreciate, if you cleared this confusion.

There's a unique rule I've only found on XMR.GG: if you're inactive for 7 days, your account will be temporarily deactivated. This is the first time I've encountered this rule, but I'd like to know exactly what the main purpose is for requiring such a short period of time to be deactivated, even if it's only temporary. It's incredibly annoying having to reactivate your account after more than 7 days of inactivity. It's obviously a hassle for your users.

The image you shared shows an option to opt in for a cool down period during which you will not be allowed to enter your account. This is a responsible gambling feature to protect those that need help toning down on their gambling habits. It does not mean that your account will be deactivated if you are inactive for a week, that will be a bad option for any casino to have.

Things like this always come up especially with a new casino here but for sure they will get to sort it all out. I have also have a couple other casino where I faced something similar but was rectified in due time as they probably expanded their license.

I don’t really see the problem with this. As far as I can see, at the casino you can only bet with Monero. To do this, you can deposit with Monero, or they give you the option to deposit with other currencies and they handle the conversion for you. I know that at other casinos you can deposit in multiple ways and the amounts of the different currencies deposited appear in a list without being converted, even though at the tables the bets are then referenced in dollars or other currencies.

But I don’t see this casino’s system as a problem. For some reason, they prefer Monero or want to promote it. It’s their system, and people are free to choose whether to play there or not.

There's no detailed explanation about the Cooling-Off Period feature but from what I can understand, this feature can only be activated by the users.
It's not something that gets triggered automatically after 7 days of inactivity. This feature is basically made for players who want to take a break and stay in control.
XMR.GG also has a Self-Exclusion feature that locks an account for 6 months and cannot be cancelled before the 6-month period is over.
Personally, this is the first time I've seen a casino offer features like this and it's a great addition.

Actually their payrates is nice and that makes people feel curious to check what other things they can offer. Also tried to register as we are in same country and seems everything is fine then successfully done with account registration.

Maybe your network provider is so strict and don't allow you to register on a unlicensed online casino in our jurisdiction. Also its good that they use Monero as main currency since many gamblers provably love to use that coin for privacy reason, but its better if they can add more option to make their site so flexible to their gamblers.
