They use XMR as a mean of promotion to invite users thinking to find the best haven to protect their privacy while gambling. A service dedicated to use Monero for the goal to care about privacy shouldn't be a licensed service at first place. We all know the fight of the authorities against privacy coins, so don't expect them to give a license to a company that aims to provide anonymity services.

It is honest that they have mentioned this in their TOS from the start. They could have given users the illusion of complete privacy and then added a KYC/AML policy update later.

They are doing great with the ANN design, site & signature campaign but when it comes to maintaining their ANN thread, I would be disappointed. I mean, their first post was on 24, and after that no response to any of the queries. Initially, I had some concern with the withdrawal so I questioned them, and they sent me the answer in PM, i mean why does that? Ok, maybe you had your reasons, but creating the thread, and leaving it, i don't like it. They should hire a better representative who can answer all the questions by the forum users..My last reply was about account recovery, since email was option. I'm hoping someone from the team would clear that up..

Indeed for new platform that not active in forum feel like something missing, but not mean they don't care. If team already reply you with PM, that actually already become an effort we need to appreciate. There is some representative not active in their ann thread, an also not give any PM. But hey are working for their users behind. So there is many way for team to serve user even they cannot active in ann thread yet. but over all I agree with you, replying question from member in their ann thread in public (reply posts) is better than replying in PM.

XMR is truly a biggest privacy coin and it leads the privacy category in cryptocurrency industry, so it's a most favorite target of governments if they want to do regulations on breaking down possible money laundering. About possibility of getting a license for a company built on XMR blockchain, I don't know but I don't exclude chance of getting a valid license. Not all nations prohibit Monero so there is chance for getting a valid business license but surely with Monero, risk of having legal issues with governments can appear anytime.

Based on Whois records, the domain was created in November 2023. The first web achieve I found for it dates back to December 2024 and it was already a casino at that time. It's possible that it was a different type of site before and not always a casino.

Maybe he meant Reddit account and not the twitter account, that there should have been more persons managing the casino and they should have separate Reddit accounts where the players can complain or ask any query. However, you are right that the casino would usually have a  single twitter handle and also a single point of contact for customer queries (although that may be managed by multiple peoples at the backend).

public questions should have public answers. answering questions via PM is going to have the opposite effect of keeping the thread "clean", you would just have people asking the same question over and over and seeing the representative not answer is not a good look, it comes off as if they don't care.

if you check the last post from the reddit account you linked, they say they had to temporarily shut down last year to rework the entire site, so they actually were not operating for over a year.

I am not asking OP about anything. Maybe he will come back to answer questions from other users about some features/options in the casino but not about my point in particular.

We can't talk about privacy when KYC/AML policies are forced to be applied. There is no utility for XMR in the platform that is collecting users data. Authorities are well aware about this and this is why they give the casino an activity license. The casino cannot pretend to wear to slogan of privacy just because they support a privacy coin while they require KYC as a mandatory process.

I just saw the thread, and I have gone through almost all the posts here. If they actually responded via dm, then it would mean the thread will keep receiving the same questions over and over.

The first thought that came to my mind was, one week, three pages and yet the OP has made just a single post. That is not something a brand that is serious brand would do. But let's see if there will be changes in the next couple of days, or if they'll just let the momentum die in the thread simply because they are trying to keep the thread clean.

Not being able to hide or minimize the chat window is quite annoying since it takes up too much space on the screen, adding that feature would be a great improvement.

About the email issue, since the platform makes it optional during registration it is best to fill it in from the start because the forgot password feature requires an email to recover the account. However, after adding an email at registration and trying that feature, no email came in at all. Not sure if this is because the email was not verified or there is another problem, but this feature should be working properly.

It is quite refreshing to see a casino which actually allows gamblers to deposit, gamble and withdraw using Monero. Most of casino cannot afford to take such a move and keep a lot volume of gamblers, otherwise they would pick the attention of regulators and risk getting shut down.

Does this casino have some roadmap in case their activities bring regulators to them and those regulators demanded for the ceasing of the casino if they cannot enforce KYC and AML?
Because it would be very tragic and serious if this casino was forced to close down and people still have money deposited on it.

Don't know what going on the XMR.GG social media handles, but there on bitcointalk also we see that OP just disappears after making the AN thread. If he doesn't come online and response on gambler's query and keep us informed about the casino, this thread is going to die away.

I see OP did bought a copper membership to make a good attractive ANN but this is not enough. I am not suggesting that casino is good or bad, the first thing is that those people need to be responsive.

How to recover an account without using email may be the solution to send to the casino email contact, the forgot password option also only includes email, so I think email should be filled in just in case.

But since I signed up without using email, all I did was save my username and password and enable 2FA.
