What is the problem here? So long as you are able to deposit and withdraw your XMR with ease, I don't see an issue here. The USD equivalent value is more or less just a visual and possibly helps you to estimate your potential payouts vs. calculating using XRM values, especially if they are not just round figures.
I have noticed there are casinos which allow their gamblers to have it both ways, they show the value of their wager in USD/FIAT and also the amount of coins being put at risk. So all gamblers are satisfied.
I believe it is rather a matter of taste and preference, there are gamblers who like to have control other their wager in terms of FIAT, so they do not control other their budget and the actual value they are risking. While others keep an amount of coins in mind while gambling, and do not pay attention to the value of their wager in USD.
It is rather an exaggeration to say a casino is useless if they do not provide the latter option, one can continue to deposit, gamble and withdrawal as usual...
