How is this a scam accusation?

You acknowledge creating multiple accounts, which is a breach of terms of service, and they have every right to confiscate the winnings. So what exactly is the problem here?
Nobody creates multiple accounts by mistake unless they are trying to circumvent certain limits, take advantage of the bonuses or evade past bans

They did a goodwill gesture and let your cheating ass withdraw your deposit. You're lucky they did that for you as they really didn't have to. Maybe on the next casino you play at you won't make the same mistake and then you'll get your winnings also.

That is not true, read their terms once more.

The Company also reserves the right to request up-to-date documentation from customers at any time, even if they have previously passed identity verification. Since you admitted that you have multiple accounts, they have the rights to ask for your documents so that you will not come back with another account and proceed with the same process.

Get a life. When they suspect foul play obviously they can request KYC earlier than written in the TOS. Hilarious you even dared to make an account in this forum for such a ridiculous "accusation". There are people with REAL issues with cloudbet, so nobody needs misleading threads like this in here.

I made the mistake of creating multiple accounts on Cloudbet and had been warned previously.

so you were warned before yet you kept making new accounts? wow, just wow.

They recently blocked the account under 7.1.10.3 and froze the winnings, but granted temporary access to withdraw the original deposit (which I have done).

you are lucky they gave you your deposit back, if it was some other casino they would have kept your deposit too, especially if they have warned you before.

I accept full responsibility for breaching the rules. I will not create any more accounts.
I am asking Cloudbet for any goodwill consideration on releasing part (or all) of the winnings. I have learned my lesson.
