I was reading the website, and you might want to remove the term "Instant Exchange". This is not an instant exchange if it's dealing with cash, as there is inevitably going to be lots of friction and lack of momentum during each step which causes delays in the entire process.

Regarding European cities, cash exchange is currently available in Lyon, Paris, Milan, Stuttgart, and Munich. Vienna will be available within the next few days.

Yes, transactions are handled through our own couriers depending on the location, or via personal meeting when available. We operate without physical offices.

We understand your point regarding the term “Instant Exchange”.

What we mean is that once our courier receives and confirms the cash, the customer usually receives crypto within 5–10 minutes, which is considered fast compared to many other services where the process can take several hours.

So while meeting logistics may vary depending on city and format, the actual exchange process itself is fast.

For Zurich, the minimum amount remains 2,000 CHF.

The problem with most of these services is that they just copy and terms the terms of service from other sources and just do a little modification. I doubt if they even read through the whole thing.
So what you will in most cases see is terms of service that are contradicting with what they state on the home page of the website or in the marketing posts/threads.

It is interesting to me that they offer USDT, which should not be possible in the EU jurisdiction (previously they claimed to start a business from Italy) due to the MiCA regulation.
Because of everything, I'm pretty sure it's an unregulated exchange. Probably a group of people, they only have a website and a Telegram channel, and are based on p2p live exchange.
