Real estate are good investment only if location choosed good and smart

After doing my research, I understand that investors in real estate do not care about natural disasters if the location is very profitable.

Earthquakes happen in Japan, Turkey, and China. China has the largest production companies in the world. Owning land there in a business-oriented area is a good investment, not minding if earthquakes happen.

There are areas in Japan that are not good to invest into real estate. And that's why houses are even given for free and there are no takers. That's because one of the reasons why no one wants to take it is about how prone it is with natural disasters such with earthquakes. But one of the biggest reasons is also about being possibly haunted so that reduces the value of the house. The culture itself is the main reason why the houses becomes cheap and despite that, no one is interested to buy. So, as long as the location can be profitable, you're right that they might be interested in it.

Earthquakes or natural disaster have never been real obstacles when it comes to real estate investment. In reality, professional investor have never really cared about those thing. Only small, inexperienced investors would let these factor influence them and consider them reasons not to invest.

In real estate investment, what really matters is location and demand in that area. Therefore, if you want to invest, instead of worrying about natural disaster, focus on assessing growth potential and actual demand in the area.

The Truth is that there's no Investment that is risk free, of course every Investment has some level of risk although the risk differs but even as that it all boils down to risk that is why I'm not always afraid to invest in whatever thing I wish to invest, in life if you don't take risk there's no way you will become successful. I believe majority of the rich people today has story to tell regarding this aspect of risk, forget the fact that they are now living a very simple life I mean. no stress, no risk, it's because they have gone past that stage of taking risk so they are enjoying the reward. So we shouldn't allow fear to hinder us from taking risk rather we need to know the kind of risk to take.

But for some investors who are blindly investing, they're doing a mistake of what they do.
If it's with real estate, they're only buying it due to impulse buying and didn't considered a lot of factors before doing so.
With that, I guess that the agent or the seller is good enough to convince these blind real estate investor which their property is set on a bad area.

One attraction that they do is about letting foreigners invest in there. But without having an idea of the entire history of the area and the property itself gives a false hope to many investors. They're going to spend more with the renovation based on most of those buyers that have recorded their purchases. The cheap houses are enticing but when it's about the paper works and renovations, they're not surprised that it's more than the buying price. If I am a traveler and would like to embrace new culture and so wealthy, I wouldn't mind taking care of those abandon houses and will make something out of it like a test and trial and see if there can be some appreciation that can be done through it since a lot of people are obsessed with that country.

Being strategic and positioning yourself in the correct places is a good advantage in all businesses especially when you are investing into real estate, it is not a matter of what is the price of the land or how low it cost you for you to buy it but what matters is what position is the land located at or what are the future promises of the area that you are investing into.

Real estate are more beneficial when you invest in developing areas hence good positioning is very important when you want to invest because a land that you buy in the city is going to make you more money more than the lands that you buy in areas that are yet to be developed or forgotten. Just because you buy a plot of land or own a building that does not guarantee you profit what guarantees you is how marketable your asset is and for this to be achieved you have to invest in a very good location but many new investors are always confused when investing that they think that what matters is the cost of the land or building but that is not always the first thing you should put in your mind when trying to invest into real estate.

You are very right. Rather than buying a hectare of land in a barren area better to buy 100 square feet of land in a commercial premises which will give 10 times more profit than the concern hectare after a decade or two. To my observation people who are landlords and owe half of a village do not live a better life than a person who owe 5 shops in a busy market. Where his rents are more than enough than the concern landlord of a village. I assume that target market is not only necessary in starting a business but in choosing land as well.

Earthquakes are problem tetonic plates will move places where nobody woul't expecting it happens.
Instead of direct real estate safer way is to own RWA tokens the ownership of physical assets and land by tokens not your physical labour or risks you just own the tokens.
Anyways few places on earth will be good to hold property but a lot places will experince earth quakes in 30 years.

Places like france a lot of europe asia canada and usa will experince a lot earthquakes spouth part of finland and eastern europe will be okay also the russia and australia good those are good places to own land or property.

Investing in real estate can be a lucrative, and worthwhile investment, but in a situation where the land or location is succeptible to earthquake, engaging in real estate business may not be very encouraging. When it comes to real estate business it is important to own landed properties in a very secured area, because if your landed property is being affected by earthquake, you will definitely incure total loss in your landed properties. To those countries who are prone or susceptible to earthquake, I think there should be an alternative investment instead of investing in landed properties, they can go on digital investment to reduce the risk of loosing physical properties.

Being fearless, and being careful are not mutually exclusive. If you do your research and actually found a good place, and the data you collected supports your idea, then being fearless would be a good thing to go into it. But if you invest fearlessly into something stupid then it would be a bad idea.

So fearless only depends on the consequences, not beforehand where you need to do a very good market research to find some place that would gain a lot of value in the future. If you invest into a land, make sure that it's a land that can grow in the future, and not some desert in the middle of nothing and hope that one day it will be worth something. Land is usually cheaper than buildings, that's why people prefer lands as a starting point.
