[SCAM' Toshi.bet blocked my account and hasn't responded for 3 weeks

What happened: On April 5th, Toshi.bet blocked my account. There was a balance and active bets in my account. I immediately wrote in the chat, but the agents in the chat did not explain the reason at all, they just said they would forward the request to their team. After that, I kept writing to them for the entire three weeks. No one replied to me even once, support ignores me. Today I only received a brief reply "Your account is still banned and cannot be lifted", after that they continued to ignore me.

Unfortunately, I don't use X. I just saw they have a Discord account, so I'll try contacting them there. I couldn't upload to talkimg because it seems to be undergoing maintenance right now. When I log in to the site, I get the error "Something went wrong, contact the administrator."

As for bets, frankly, since it's been three weeks and I'm actively betting on Stake in addition to Toshi Bet, I can't remember exactly what bets I made. They were probably on MLB baseball. I don't have access to my account, so I can't see my betting history or balance.

Forget about texting them via Livechat, they will keep ignoring you. You can reach out to Casino Guru and file a complaint there or you can ask Holydarkness here on Bitcointalk for help. Sadly, this is the only way you eventually get your Money.

Have you ever been restricted on any sportsbook that uses Betby as its odds provider? ToshiBet sportsbook odds provider is Betby. It is completely unprofessional behavior from the ToshiBet team as they are ignoring you after locking your account. The representative of Toshi.bet hasn't made any posts here for last 30 days. They don't make any response on CasinoGuru, and Toshi.bet isn't available on Askgamblers. So, it is going to be difficult for you to get help as they don't act professionally.

That user created the account on April 3rd and was banned on April 5th (you can query this in their site). Less than 48 hours. They got hit with the "secondary account" copy-paste script the exact second he started winning.

Now, let's contrast that with my case to see how their "security algorithm" truly works: they left my account wide open for 12 days straight. Why? Because I was losing and they knew I was an addicted player, so they kept milking me.

Their system is conveniently blind for 12 days straight when you are draining your own pocket, but becomes hyper-efficient in under 48 hours if a player dares to win.

Still want to call these systematic bans "false positives"? It is not risk management; it is predatory profiling. They only remember they have a "secondary account" rule when it saves the casino's money.

Hello, Sorry for the late reply, I haven't been on the forum. I live with my wife, and she definitely doesn't use bookmakers. I don't think she's even heard of Toshi Bet. When Toshi was blocked, they didn't send any emails. And I didn't receive anything in my email, so I don't know how to prove that I was blocked on April 5th. But you can look at the screenshots I attached, and they show that the conversations are at least two weeks old since the last message (and I tried to keep in touch with them for a long time), and the post was made on April 26th. I created an account on April 3rd.
