Why were my contest topics deleted?

Recently two of my contest topics got deleted by mods;

1.)  https://loyce.club/archive/topics/558/5580364.html

2.)  https://loyce.club/archive/topics/558/5580390.html

Since I did not get any PM after my topics were deleted and I have been hosting similar contests before for many other platforms, I want to know what I did wrong, so that I can avoid it in future, that is it.

If that is because of using affiliate link, I want to ask if affiliate links are allowed in the 'games and round section' or not? And how do you know that a particular link is affiliate link or not?

I would also like to take this opportunity to inform the participants of above two contests that, contests still stand as per original terms for you, and you will be paid accordingly.

If that is because of using affiliate link, I want to ask if affiliate links are allowed in the 'games and round section' or not? And how do you know that a particular link is affiliate link or not?

I can't tell specific reason why the topics were deleted good thing if mods can reply here but regarding the affiliate links, it can be identified due to the url parameters after accessing the url, regardless if its using redirect link or link shortener. And as far as i can tell, yes, they are not allowed, only on ANN threads posted by the topic starter iirc

How and how do you know it is actually a tracking link or an affiliate link in disguised (million ways of doing that)? Is that solely based on 'semantics'? Apart from that there was no sticky topic regarding this.

Affiliate links usually has like "aff_id" and similar url parameters with "aff" keyword as well as "utm" parameters. Referral links have that very common "ref" or a simple "a" parameters. Normal links or redirect urls doesn't have that kind of parameter so it's something like easy to identify.

Referral links are indeed against forum rules since the early days due to spam.

Here are probably the most common ^{still very rare compared to the amount of ref spam we delete} exceptions:

• Service representatives that use the links for tracking campaigns. I advise mentioning in the OP that you represent the service and that the link is for tracking purposes to avoid the post being reported and removed.
• Established users on a case by case basis in individual posts that add a lot of value, this happens pretty rarely. They're usually discussed in Meta, sometimes after the post has been removed - such as the case here

In this case, since from what I understand you are the one organizing these contests that are catered towards Bitcointalk users I think these two threads can stay so they've been restored.

Contesthunters account has been part of LM Management. All the contest managed by contesthunters account is actually managed by LM Management, I'm the founder of LM Management.
We fall in both exceptions-
1. Any link used by contesthunters account is a tracking link. See the ANN of respective casino and you will find the same tracking link.
2. I believe I'm established member and I'm not a referral spammer.

Hopefully you will consider this as exception. Again, please compare the same link with the respective casino ANN link.

Well, memehunter is still somewhat an established member and I believe he is not spamming ref link.

Sorry for late replying as I just  realized I have to unlock the topic (thought that it was unlocked by you so no need for me to do that again) for LM to respond. But I do think there is no need for him to reply here as he is not a party in this.

You have already reinstated those. There is no restricted/removed contest anymore for me (in my individual capacity or while posting for LM management). I thank you for that.

You should have 
LM was saying the mentioned part because he thought contests managed by LM management were removed. He had no stake in those contests.
