I just need an elaborate explanation here, mate. You stated on your website to be a No KYC casino, yet you have an operational license, which we all know that such license requires the casino to conduct kyc on their members upon registration. Now, how do you explain this about your deposit and withdrawal in paragraph 5, stanza 5.4 here;

"5.4. Large Withdrawals: For any withdrawal request exceeding the equivalent of 50,000 USDT (or its equivalent in other supported cryptocurrencies), theoriginals.io reserves the right to process the payment in installments. The structure and timing of these installments will be determined at our sole discretion, based on operational, security, and compliance considerations. We may also require additional verification procedures before processing such withdrawals. By requesting a large withdrawal, you acknowledge and accept these terms."

If you request a kyc then what point is it to state on your website to be a no KYC casino? This can be seen as misleading, and I will advise to either remove the no kyc so that you do not give players the impression of the fact that you do not conduct KYC on your website, but right in your ToS, there are some clauses binding withdrawal, which would require personal verification. Maybe you can review this aspect of your ToS, or you can remove the no KYC aspect on your website.

I didn't say these projects are interconnected. I said that TheOriginals, like Sportsbet, doesn't require KYC (but does have a summary of its rules in its TOS).

Your post looks a lot like signature spam.

You're an adult and should understand that casinos must comply with all formalities to obtain a license, at least on paper (but that doesn't mean they can't be very flexible with KYC, or the lack thereof).

Very original TheOriginals! I really dig your ANN presentation along with the black site design. The mirrored logo impressed me the most and it clearly looks like some sort of superhero or supervillain design. No sportsbook is a bummer for sure.

I like how the game titles are all in black & white, and when you move your cursor over them you see colors. It's like if you shined a flashlight at them.

There is something I noticed, though. I can click on the "Slots" and "Live" tabs at the top left corner and that will take me to the respective section. But clicking on "Originals" doesn't do that. I have to select one of the original games from the drop-down menu. Did you make that intentionally that way?

I think the problem is that each game in the "Originals" section requires its own tab, which is why they added a drop-down menu. Meanwhile, Slots and Live games can be grouped and categorized under one category, so these tabs share the same navigation.

I am not sure which board this thread was on; even if it was in the Gambling board, I did not notice it before. I must say that this is one of the unique websites I have seen so far. I don't remember seeing such UI in any casino before. The announcement design matches the UI. Even though it is unique, I did not find it attractive anyway. I am not sure what other players would think about it. At first, it looked like a black-and-white casino as I scrolled. But the moment my cursor hovered over the games, I noticed they had colors. This is a unique design I haven't seen in any casino yet. It seems there are some ongoing tournaments as well. I will check them out.

I have gotten a good first impression for the graphic design and art you have decided to use in order to advertise and bring this casino to us, it is kinda refreshing compared to the similar styles I have seen for numberless casinos and bookies which have appeared around there through years.
I can see there was no AI used in order to generate the visual language of this service, which says a lot about quality of this website.
Also, I would have expected this casino to comply with KYC/AML standards, I assume when you mention there is no KYC you meant one does not need it in order to start playing, in a similar manner it happens in other casinos, when it is indeed required to withdraw...

Long story short: I am a diagnosed gambling addict. On April 20th, I tried to proactively self-exclude before registering an account. I sent an email declaring my addiction to the exact address listed in their website footer and T&Cs (Section 17.4) at the time: supports@theoriginals.io.
It turns out that email address was dead because of a typo they made (an extra "s"). Because their contact channel was broken, my exclusion request never went through. On June 12th, I suffered a relapse, was able to register, and deposited/lost €1,450.
When I confronted live chat about the typo, they quietly fixed the footer. Now, their support claims they "cannot confirm" the address was ever incorrect. Luckily, I have full screenshots of the faulty footer and T&Cs before they changed it.
The casino is refusing a refund, claiming their "duty of care" only starts after registration.
Has anyone dealt with a similar case where a casino's technical error broke the player protection line? Any advice on how to handle this or if I can force a refund? (Anjouan authority complaint is already filed).

How is the casino able to do anything BEFORE you even make an account?
They don't have any info on you until after registration, if you make an account and then try to self-exclude that will work, but surely not before.
If you have this issue you should make it harder for yourself to gamble. Look into gamban or betblocker.

Why must someone who can create account within few seconds in casino to play games would like to rent it buy someone reputable account? And once that account is rented out, it is already compromised and the owner of that account would not have a peace of mind to use that account again. Op this request is not good and nobody here will provide what you are looking for.

Additionally question to the casino: I noticed that the you advertises a 99% RTP for its originals games. However, every originals game I have personally checked and played appears to have an RTP of 98%. I send an email to every casino I found via google in moments of strength. 90% have databases to enter my personal information so I don’t have the possibility to create an account.
In this email i clearly write that if it’s not possible to block me without an account the casino should tell me this within 7 days. THEN I would create an account and exclude myself. But since the email address in the footer and terms of this casino where wrong they have not received my email and so they could not react.
Otherwise they would have told me that this does not work in their casino and I would have created an account which then would be immidiately blocked.
