It's sad that the representatives were active yesterday but didn't answer any of the questions members asked in this thread. They seem to either be clueless about how to interact on this forum or are preparing something for their website development. They could actually start promoting here, for example, by holding contests in games and rounds. We see many casinos actively running contests in that section.

In the next couple of days or weeks, if they are very lucky, the activity in this thread will drop drastically, and people are going to leave and even if they come back to respond to users or answer all questions that were asked, the chance of them reviving the thread completely would be very low.
So, they have just a few more days to get a representative who is going to keep the thread when the activity drops or just risk losing all the tractions that the site has managed to gain for the last couple of days/week. And if they miss and then create a new thread, it won't be like this again.
Solcasinos has failed to understand that when their representative is actively responsible to users questions it makes the conversation more interactive. Now that their representative is not responding, nor answering users questions, users can lose interest in the thread, and before you know it the thread will be buried. I have seen a few questions that need to be answered for clarification, yet their representative has not said anything so far which is very wrong. Representatives are supposed to be actively responsive on their threads to make the conservation more interesting.

Let's say they are still trying to understand how to interact here or they are still preparing answers to the numerous questions that has been asked but until they finally respond to the questions let's continue to do our own findings and do the right things instead of following their suggestions until it is well explained. Your suggestion of them hosting a contest is also not bad it will give them more visibility and give their customers a better understanding of what they represent.

They would have dedicated one of their staff to monitor this chat and keep the discussion active and useful by addressing some questions rather than leaving people to guess. I don't know if you also check their other communities like X and Telegram to see if they are responding there. If they are active in those other platforms and not here, then we know where the problem is coming from.

I believe this would be a better way as the people that is representing them all of a sudden went silent, it will definitely cause a lot of confusion, especially when there are a lot of unanswered questions that is very important. Even if they are still learning how things work here on the forum but they should know that communication is still very important, as many people in this community usually pay a lot of attention to transparency and the responsiveness of the platform before they even consider to trust it. Outside contests and promotions, for me, it's consistency that will really help them build their credibility here. It would be really nice if they can be very active here and interact with feedback, address people's concerns properly and not leave people's questions hanging around too long and over time members will gain a natural understanding of the platform without having to assume.

It will cost them nothing to pay attention to this thread, even if it's to keep someone who will attend to a few questions once in a while, maybe once a week or more, but they don't appear to be the type that value continues updating their audience. I check their X account and there have not been any single post on that account and their telegram channel only have to post which is about a telegram casino and what they have on telegram is channel which users can't comment but only them can drop information their.

Hard to justify that answer, because if they posted their thread here for sure they can navigate it and answer those questions posted here, but it seems that they are not paying attention and what they do is simply posting their ann then leave. It hard to trust those casinos doing this, since I can't afford to experience a problem while their representative is not active dealing with people's concern here. If they remain to be silent and will not show their presence here there's a chance that people will lost their interest to try their casino.

I hope they know that their silence will make people become more curious. But since they were online and still couldn't answer the numerous questions under this thread, I want to believe they're trying to figure out the concerns that's been raised and the best answers they can give about them. For the contest thing you suggested, that'll be a practical way to get users talking about the casino projects in the site. Let's just hope they'll come up with something convincing enough in the coming days.

Possibly they might be preparing something for the btt platform or they might be busy with work on their platform also we can no tell but we still remain hopeful that they are up to something positive for themselves and the platform as a whole because they can not just ignore the platform from which community they benefit from hugely in that manner. Maybe we should give them time and watch how they respond or handle situations as it bothers their stay here on this platform. Let us remain hopeful that they are up to something positive for the community.

Very rarely do we see any gambling monitor site promoting their services on the forum. So I don't think they are going to promote their service here. Not answering users' queries is totally unprofessional behaviour. When any brand, like gambling or gambling monitor sites, announces their service on the forum, then they should be active and engage in the discussion. I assume Solcasinos is probably not aware of how to interact with the forum. They should create a reason why gamblers will believe in them and why they should follow them as well. They would probably be busy with development, but they should announce it after completing the website. Their activities on the forum are a matter of us.

I was also looking forward to the representative responding to certain questions I also had in mind which has already been asked by others but haven't been giving the responses to those questions and I feel like the representative should at least give out sometime to come to that because it is necessary and will make us know what exactly to do and how to go about certain things.

I was also looking forward to the representative responding to certain questions I also had in mind which has already been asked by others but haven't been giving the responses to those questions and I feel like the representative should at least give out sometime to come to that because it is necessary and will make us know what exactly to do and how to go about certain things. Well I am feeling the same way like you and others with almost similar questions to ask the monitoring team concerning the project. I feel like they are not use to working in an environment like this, so they need to make adjustments to fit in the policies of this reputable forum which might take some time. I believe something good will come out of it as they need to creat an enabling environment for all customers to convince us of how legit they are.

May be the representatives they are taking their time to read through and also understanding the the questions asked. Like you have said they are likely getting to know how the forum works. I hope the unanswered questions are answered soon. So we know things we aren't clear about.
