Well, if the Solcasino team ain't giving responses to the forum users questions and are just being quiet about it then it really gonna continue creating a wrong impression for their platform which it looks like it's already happening that way. If their intention was to create an ANN THREAD and leave it without coming back to it then it really doesn't shows that they mean business in any way. Just rating and reviewing casinos on your site isn't enough, but interacting with users here would do more promotion to that.
What type of wrong impression are you talking about or referring to? The only thing which I see as a reason why there has not been some sort of negative impact on their behaviour is because they are not the casino themselves, but they are just covering and doing their side business with the casinos they are partnering with, and maybe they just saw this forum as where they can publish content like an article and don't expect or see the need to respond to comments.

You are right,SolCasino has nothing to lose because maybe they consider this place as a place to put out content and nothing more cause the number of casinos listed here is visible for everyone to see and check them out if you think there's a need to patronize them you do that at your own will. I had requested that they answer some of the questions here but nobody from their team has responded maybe they are nit the one to do that their job is to publish the content and stay mute.

I think the team could be a little more active and engaged in this thread. They already demonstrate their presence in their Telegram channel which shows they are capable of maintaining consistent communication when they choose to
If they tend to attract more gamblers to the site and build a sustainable community then it is essential that they take this thread seriously they need to be present here responding promptly to users questions addressing concerns, and actively participating in discussions would go a long way toward building trust and credibility

There telegram channel should not be seen as the ultimate when they have a thread here they can attend to answer tries to clarify the doubt of some curious gamblers here. I have onces asked if the platform is actually a reviewing website or not.
Many of the questions that have been confusing gamblers that are here need to be attended to even if it's not all. It will be satisfactory if the team can at least check this thread for a while.

They would not want to joke with the little they already have in their possession. Community relations matters when it comes to situations as this. There should be a good and constant contact with the community so that they do not feel forgotten or left behind. Without the presence of the community, most of these organisations would not have existed maybe they could have been in extinction but for the fact that the community is involved, they should be able to reach out to them and helping out with questions and inquiries so that they don't feel neglected and left behind.

Well, since this is not a casino they may decide not to keep an eye on their thread if they have something to deal with.
It's true that the team are expected to highlight some of the confusion many gamblers are having about their platform but since their is no response so far, we'll have to leave them alone. Maybe their is nothing they want to share to the curious minded visitors on their thread and also on their website.

I believe the confusion is because the platform is tied to casino promotions and casino based rewards,  so it's only natural that people would want some type of communication and clarity from the team. If they're not a casino,  a user will still want answers because they are promoting and linking to gambling services.

However, it is not healthy for the image of the project to leave people to guess things on their own. See curiosity is good, If people are curious, that actually show that they are interested, but when there no explanation  or any kind of  no response from their representative, it just can lead them down the path of doubt.

Let just believe they are still taking their time and they would respond to every question here in due time because it hard to believe they will just create an ANN thread and ignore what everyone has to say. Let still be patient and wait to see if any of their representatives will come up to help clarify people on their questions and if they finally don’t do so, it going to leave so many persons with confusion, assumptions and curiosity.
They should have been planning to respond to users questions from the very beginning. Since they knew how to create an ANN thread here, I assume they are fully aware of how it works. You can’t just ghost someone and expect them to stick around and wait. Maybe you’re right that it’s only a matter of time, but that doesn’t change all the facts

Be it casino or no a casino as long as they are in business-known affiliates who present themselves as review and rating platforms, there is a need for them to have a representative who will either attend to the questions asked here or improve and provide some sort of solution on their platform to the issues raised by concerned members, unless they don't see here as valuable source.
This is just the fact, this is a business or will someone want to prove me wrong that they do not have ways they benefit from as a casino listing platform, we are not even supposed to suggest this for them, they are supposed to on their own do this, people want to know somethings, and then have asked same question over and over again but still on deaf ears which many of us are not really ok with, it is not only on this thread that people complain when there is no representive to take on questions, forum users ask for representative because they want to be cleared on things they are confused on which is the right thing.
