how it should work this collateral? are you planning to ship the car? are you able to register to another buyer (so in this case this should be the loaner...)
or maybe easier... why you just don't ask locally this loan using directly your car? how to check conditions... if any

Why not sell the car since you don't even know if there are lenders willing to take the car around here? In fact, I am sure that no lender would be interested in your car even if you offer to ship it. I advise that you get some digital assets as collateral or there's no chance of you getting a loan around here.

You're using your car for collateral?  The car that needs $289 for repair?  The car that you need to get to work?  How are you going to get it repaired while it's in the possession of the lender being held as collateral?  How are you going to get to work during that time?  How are the kids' shoes going to hold up with all that walking?

Just get a lender in your local area and use the car as collateral. I am more that certain they will be willing to provide a loan to you than here online which may seem close to impossible. All the process of shipping the car back and forth plus all those customs clearance will be super expensive depending on the country the lender is.

Could easily go get a title loan locally instead if you want to use your car as collateral.
