Just registered few minutes ago and the process was quite smooth. Security layers should be mandatory imo as I see all verification levels are optional. Also it will be easier for many user to secure their accounts using the phone numbers since not everybody is familiar with google authenticator process.

In the deposit page, users can purchase crypto directly using their fiat payment tools such as cards and google pay. When I try to purchase bitcoin, it chows a rate of more than $80K while the actual btc price is less than $77K. Which third part are you using or do you sell those crypto from the casino liquidity?

On your suggestions:

1. Fully agree. Anjouan was our starting license because it's one of the fastest to obtain and let us launch without cutting corners on the product side. Expanding to higher-tier licenses is on the roadmap, it's just a longer process and we wanted to be live and proven before going through it.

2. Correct, that's by design. LCK is a stablecoin pegged 1:1 to USD inside the platform, so 1 LCK always equals 1 USD. It's how we handle balances cleanly across all the cryptos we support without exposing players to volatility while they play. You can deposit and withdraw in any of the supported crypto coins.

3. The country restrictions are mandatory under our license, including the licensing jurisdiction itself, which I know sounds odd but is standard for most online gaming licenses. Not something we can flex on.

4. Fair point on the token messaging. We worded it that way intentionally because we genuinely haven't decided. A lot of casinos launch tokens purely as an exit, and that's not something we want to be associated with. If we do launch one, it has to actually benefit players, not just dump on them. Until we know we can do it right, we'd rather stay vague than overpromise.

You're right that not every country on the list has a blanket gambling ban, the restrictions are inherited from our Anjouan license rather than from our own preferences. Every license comes with its own restricted jurisdictions list, and we have to follow it to the letter to stay compliant.

The plan is to expand our licensing portfolio over time, which is the only way to legitimately open up more countries. We'd rather do it through proper licensing than work around the rules of the one we have. Definitely not ideal in the short term, but it's the right way to build something long term.

Okay, thank you for the clarification. I don't know why it showed invalid previously, but it was invalid at the time of my checking. Even your site had that invalid logo beside the support Icon, but now it's reverted back to the valid icon. Anyway at the end of the, if it's valid then I have no further concerns. As for my country it's Bangladesh where I was accessing your site from. Hopefully it'll be enough to find out what happened.

I also saw your response to the question about things you said you want to do, some are valid although there are a lot of gambling sites out there who are already doing the same thing.

You mentioned paying gamblers, but all that is just talk, there's currently nothing backing that up, is there any plan to make increase the transparency of the site or not in the road map?

KYC level 1 is still acceptable as it is often part of platform rules that cannot be fully skipped. The process is easy and much faster compared to higher KYC levels. Unlike level 2 which requires documents like an ID card, driver's license, or even selfie verification. Level 1 is far less complicated and does not bother the gaming experience at all.

Your concern is really understandable since not everyone really like to do KYC even if they only asked level 1 verification, but I find it good that they are asking it upfront and they are not telling lies like their platform does not require KYC since that means they are transparent on that aspects.

KYC level 1 can be easy like with an email address, phone number, name and nationality. If it is just like that, users can submit fake information for passing KYC level 1 because no documents required at this KYC level.

However, the true concern is if there is KYC level 1, there will be other higher KYC levels waiting to be pulled out and required by a platform like casino or exchange. That's reason people really don't like to join a platform with KYC requirement, even just KYC level 1 as they know that after level 1, there are other levels will be triggered in some situations. They know that they don't control that the platform will require other KYC levels in the future or not, and when they will have to submit other identity documents.

Because of possible higher KYC levels, even with KYC level 1, users will have to submit true information, not fake one.

Fair point, and you're right that "we always pay" is a claim that needs proof behind it, not just words. We're young and haven't had the time to build a public track record yet, but we know that's how trust gets earned in this space.

We do have some things planned on the roadmap that will make a lot of what we do publicly visible, so players can see for themselves rather than just take our word for it. Not ready to share specifics yet, but transparency is a core part of where we're heading.

What would you most want to see? Public payout stats, on-chain reserves, something else? Genuinely open to ideas here, we'd rather build the right things than guess at what matters most to players.
