It's very simple. He probably got to the top because he won the bets he placed with higher bets. I haven't checked his betslips, but it's easy to understand. If you bet $100 at 2.00 odds, you get $200 back. If you then bet $200 at 2.50 odds and win, you get $500 back. In short, he likely wagered bigger amounts and won his bets. I played properly at first, and was quite nice start, but then allin failed on Spain, no need to say much. I also tried all-in again 3 times in a row but yes, I made mistake of placing 5 bets before my last allin and lost, hence the Bookie is whispering to me not to play small bets again and just allin.

Man, I honestly thought you won big (I looked at bets and thought they were all 2.5 handicaps). Didn't watch the second half but I feared France was heading down a dark path after seeing the first half. That two-hour interruption ruined me physically, stayed up and gave up anyway and still have a headache the size of a Ronaldo's ego.
