If the trust system is used upon request like you are doing now, don't you think everyone on the forum would have gotten tagged? Read what Charles-Tim said, you will understand your post isn't necessary. Anyone can post what they feel like, it's up to you to overlook or argue over them..

Do you think he'd give two shits about your rants and calls for neg tags? How many tags do you think can keep a troll at bay? He's already been tagged, 9 if I'm not mistaken, so one more won't make any difference. You'd only be giving attention to a matter that is of no consequence.
 So what if you think he's a liar and untrustworthy, don't you think it will be for the best if you don't have any business with him since doing so will only mean you're blind and I don't think any ones pays the dude some mind more than I'd necessary so I'd advice you to do the same. Better yet, you can put him on Ignore if his presence bothers you too much.

'Tis what makes this forum great (or at least it's way up there on the list of things that drew me to this dysfunctional place so many years ago). 

Admission: I've not read this thread in its entirety, so I'm not sure if anyone mentioned that with this kind of freedom, people might just say stuff that offends you and you have to make the decision as to whether to ignore it or to grow a backbone and defend yourself, your ideals, whatever.  Can't tell ya how many times I've written that advice: "Grow a thick skin if you plan on sticking around".

There is already several negative trust almost those who are highest negative trust the user is one of them. And also the user has active flag so, I think requesting negative feedback like you is nothing but spamming. As giving more feedback won't help the community or there will be no more loss of the said user.

Nope.  I don't care how much someone annoys you, that's not the way to deal with it.  Red tags for trolling are a misuse of the trust system.  In essence, it's shit-posting on someone's trust wall.  Especially when they don't contain a reference. 

And, what exactly does the forum gain by giving him more?  Excimer has 9 questionable red-tags already, mostly for having an unpopular political opinion, and 1 possible legit one by Xal0lex.  He's not trying to join any sig campaigns that I can see, so any more for more opinions isn't hurting him in any meaningful way.

It's a brave profile that posts in defense of anyone nowadays.  The world is already scary, lets all remember what brings us together - financial liberation!  People posting on here are more likely to be your RL ally when SHTF than the average neighbor would, so only troll someone if you are sure they don't live near you.
