It seems like there is a small typo in your main domins link. That "/en" part is invalid, as I got a 404 error because of it. Without /en everything loads perfectly, so you might wanna edit that part out. Btw, as for your alternative domain, it's weird, I haven't seen a link this one, except for onion sites. Anyway those aren't of much important. The important thing is a good presentation. And right now I see only a screenshot from your side and a wall of texts. There are several things which catch my attention about this casino of yours.
First off, you say you are registered and you have a license issued by Curaçao, but at the same time you say you accept Monero as a form of deposit, which goes against common sense, as regulators do not usually allow casinos to use privacy enhanced coins like Monero or Zcash.

Also, there are a lot of countries in that list which are not included in your service, mine included, which is weird, because usually casinos with a Curaçao license usually can provide services to Venezuela. Like it is the case of Stake.

Welcome to the forum. I see your casino is very nice, with a very attractive design. A minimum deposit of $10 seems a bit high for people like me, and a minimum withdrawal of $20 seems very high too. Regarding withdrawal times, I've also noticed many conditions imposed by the casino. For example, they say it will take up to 12 hours to verify that all conditions are met before processing the withdrawal.

This means that if the casino has more than 1000 customers wanting to withdraw at the same time, those 12 hours of verification could turn into days. The casino also states that the player's betting volume must be 3 times the amount to be eligible for withdrawal, but if the player refuses, the casino will charge a 10% fee on the withdrawal amount. Honestly, I've never seen so many rules for withdrawals. It's strange that there are none of these for deposits.

To me it is pretty obvious this guy is an official representative or agent of that casino, they are even using the name of the casino as username, so it is fair to assume they are people from within the administration of the casino.

Also, their geographical restrictions are quite bad, in my opinion, they need to work on it and see if they can switch their license somehow so they can provide people in my country with their services. Otherwise, I won't have any chance to give an honest review on this casino.

This may be the first time I cannot try a casino because I am complemently excluded from accessing to it.

Looks like many people experience same accessibility issue. Since I can access almost all casinos here, but not in this casino.

As what you have said maybe its better to review their geo restrictions and maybe they include on their blocklist those countries which allow their citizens to access online gambling sites.

Yup. it's weird for them to say, "we don't allow fiat deposits, but we support visa and mastercard". I mean what's the point of it then? Maybe I'm not well versed with these cards as I don't have one. Never used it, but do they support Crypto? I only know that they are for fiat transactions.

It looks like there is a URL configuration issue that needs to be fixed immediately, because the link listed in the ANN thread will most likely send visitors straight to that broken path.

Thanks, later I also discovered that the mirror link at the bottom of the main link is loading fine too. And this is the time the Op would respond to suggestions and fixed things in order but since when the thread was created till now he has not come to see how people have commented on the thread. Visa and Mastercard doesn’t support crypto transfer since they are dedicated for fiat transfers. Probably their ToS was copied to other casino ToS that doesn’t accept fiat deposits.

That term that you mentioned is clearly an opposite to the payment method they are offering.

Unless they are planning to trap fiat deposits. There’s a high chance that it’s just a copy/paste mistake from different casino.
