I can't withdraw money from BC.Game in my area (Rwanda). I need a solution.

Hey everyone,

I have a big problem with BC.Game and I hope that someone here or on their team can help.

I live in Rwanda, and I was able to deposit and bet normally on the site. But when I try to take out my money, I get a message that says withdrawals aren't available in my area.

This is very annoying because:

The platform let me make a deposit with no problems.
I've already put my money on the line.
I can't take anything out now.

I have already gotten in touch with support, but sadly:

They haven't given a clear answer.
I keep getting the same answers.
My problem is still not fixed
  To make things even worse:

My balance is in a currency. It's not easy for me to convert
I can't change it to crypto or any other currency that is supported.
I can't get to the money I have, so I'm stuck.

I want BC.Game to come up with a solution, like:

Allowing conversion to digital currency (BTC, USDT, etc.)
Allowing withdrawal in a different way
Or any other useful way for me to get to my money

This situation seems unfair because you can make deposits but not withdrawals.
Please let me know if anyone else has gone through this or found a way to fix it. I would also like to hear from the BC in an official way.Team for the game.

Would you mind sharing evidence supporting your claims? When you say you are getting a message that withdrawals are not available in your area, did it come from their support, from their withdrawal page or their pop-up notification?

I checked their Terms and Conditions, and I don't see you as one of the restricted countries, so I am not really sure why withdrawals are not available in your area. You should try sending bctokenbot a PM. He might be able to help you with your issue.

They have a feature of converting fiat to crypto on their casino but you will need to reach a certain VIP level (approximately level 36 and above). I think this option is a long shot for you if your casino account is low level right now.

I have used bcgame before and withdrawn a lot of times but never tried this fiat to crypto or vice versa. I only did stable coins into other cryptos several times with the convert and everything went fine. But if it's with the fiat matters I've read a lot of those problems that other users have faced so I guess that's their internal problem towards handling issues like that. That is a big problem and OP is on point that they've allowed him to deposit via fiat and won't allow him to withdraw the same. I hope that any from their team help you fix this problem.

I feel sorry for your loss, but also feel sorry to inform you that your money possibly has gone forever. This becomes a usual practice of bc.game to scam funds with every way possible. I say this without asking for evidences or tagging the rep here because the details says it all. You are allowed to register and complete KYC and make deposits using your bank account or payment card whatever, then suddenly popup your country is restricted. At least they should refund you the initial deposit if they are honest enough, but unfortunetly they won't. I hope you didn't lost so much funds.

Check this board about pending issues with bc.game and you will find plenty of them. Some cases got resolved but this is due to several possible reasons. It is a selective scam.

That's very diabolical of BC.game lol
If the option to withdraw is not there then they should have disabled the deposit option as well. Sounds like the fiat deposit was a one way traffic.

I suggest you keep press for a fix into this issue. Perhaps put up more complaints in other platforms until there is a positive response

Have you sent their representative a PM to help you with this, as I suggested before? If you haven't, I can try to send them a PM for you, maybe their representative and help you and the casino come to a compromise. But just to be clear, there is no guarantee that your issue will be solved.

@OP I am 100% not sure about this, but I remember sometime ago, high-level VIP’s like I think it was level 50 or 60 above, were able to convert from FIAT balance to any crypto if possible. Try to find such a VIP, who you can trust to take out your money from that terrible website.


Their support is essentially useless, and they have very high waiting time on live chat as per my experience

I currently have my own problem with BC and just personally "abusing" the hold I have in contact with BC [well, not exactly abusing, and not really my contact, as he's popping in and stonewalled the forum and plunged BC into this abyys] by DMing him. I'll wait until next Monday for him to respond, send a PM to see if we can solve it without having me to escalate to my own SA thread [it will be an epic irony], send him a PM if he haven't respond by Tuesday. I'll make sure I'll mention your thread and situation as well when or if we managed to have a sit together.

You can directly convert Rwandan rupees into cryptocurrency through cwallet, and withdraw the funds in cryptocurrency. There are no level restrictions or regional restrictions.
