This hosting company I am working on is special to me because I did it all my self without any help.

It's running on Plesk web hosting control panel.

These are server specs:

CPU
6 cores/ 12 threads @ 3.3 GHz (4.5 GHz)

RAM
64 GB DDR4 • ECC Server Grade

Disk Drive
2 x 960 GB SSD SATA Software RAID

I do not allow custom e-mail or SMPT sending has this drains the server resources when a lot of emails going out.

I only allow static HTML5/CSS3/JS & PHPCORE, MYSQL.

The PHPCore and MySQL depends if you buy a dynamic site from me I might allow more resources.
 
And if you don't take up much resources I will allow unmetered bandwidth at 1GBPS connection.

Tell me a price what is fair to you and maybe we can work something out.

Loads of space (but I will never overload the server)

This host is fantastic for portfolios and static and dynamic websites.  

No E-mails.

Unmetered upto 2.5TB a month (additional bandwidth - let's talk)

Update:

The TalkBuildHost.com site has been updated slightly.

- Few text edits
- Few minor edits to theme
- and a over all bug test and all is looking
