A lot of times people are not really angry because of that small thing in front of them, it is just the final trigger. The real issue is all the stress they have been carrying. A simple real life example is someone who has been struggling with money, maybe salary is not enough, bills are piling up, transport is expensive. Then one small thing happens, like someone stepping on their foot or talking rudely and they just explode. To others it looks like overreaction, but it is actually built up frustration. Another angle again is a case of someone who grew up in a home where people always shouted. Even small issues become big arguments because that is what they are used to.
I agree that people have lot of stress because of the different things happening in their lives, and a small incident can become the final trigger for them; however, we should be careful that it is not normal, and we should not normalise angry outbursts because of stress.

Every person experiences problem because of their finances, or they might have work problem or difficulties with their family. At some point of their life many people still manage to control their anger or emotion,  however everyone respond to stress differently and stress response is influenced by the emotional control and personal responsibility. Some people grew up in angry household they find it harder to manage or to express the emotions they become angry very quickly but that does not mean that they can't learn the way to communicate and understanding the main reason behind someone anger can help us to show empathy.

I think most people are actually angry at themselves but direct it outwards at others. Who knows the reason they are disappointed with their lives, but this is why it is nice to surround yourself with happy successful people. They don’t try to blame you for their failures in life.

Yea, because its just so easy for an angry person to act up and somehow transfer aggression to the next person just for unnecessary reasons or at the slightest provocation. Transfer of aggression can be so annoying because the reaction is not always equal to situation or provocation at hand. People esealy pick a fight with someone else for something that sorry could have immediately solved, but because they are already angry and/or are transferring anger, they just begin to react badly and sometimes end up doing what they are aren't supposed to do. Of course, just like you said, happiness is the only antidote to such irrational behave

Yes i would say some people get angry easily not just because of frustration alone, it might be because of the way they were raised by thier parents. Some people were never pamped by thier parents  when they were kids, some people may not not have received enough care or emotional support  while growing up which may affect the way they react to situations, they get easily proveked . But in all, there are some negligible matters that cant be settled by been aggressive but with calmness and understanding.

The main thing here is one controlling and feeling angry. Another thing is when someone threshold has reached and cannot take it any longer. Those type of people can control themselves but it has limit. You can feel angry and not express it. Some feel angry and immediately act on it. That's where the problem is. When that becomes a norms, then it's a serious issue.

Yes, People who are already suffering from mental stress anger or some internal problem they project their condition and state on others.Even a small thing seems big to them and they react strongly without thinking.
But the truth is that anger often does not solve the problem but rather makes the situation more difficult and complicated for us.If a person acts with patience and understanding many problems can be solved in the beginning. But if emotions dominate the intellect and mind sometimes a person uses words that he regrets later. Therefore it is important for a person to control his emotions listen to everything with patience and solve every issue calmly instead of avoiding a fight. An important part of a person's personality is his attitude.

Yeah some people has limit to how they can accommodate offense before they react, while some can react at a spot and forget about it. Those that accommodate past issues can be deadly because they don't tell you anything or express themselves, they can only be acting angrily, do to what they have habourd in their mind. This people are the angry type because they can't let go of the past. But some people can be angry with you now and forgive you later. It's just a matter of. Or past life experience or just character learnt.

Not everyone reacts the same way when they get angry. This is a natural characteristic of humans. Now normally someone reacts when they get angry, for example, someone may become a little aggressive, someone may not react when they get angry, but inside they are very angry but do not express it outside. If you think psychologically, those who do not express anger and suppress it inside are more mentally troubled. And those who react immediately do not have any pride towards anyone for long. But there are many whose reaction goes to such a level where various types of problems can occur. Especially if the person they are angry with starts acting aggressively towards their family members as well. Which worsens the relationship of many people with that person both in family and social terms. For this reason, it is more important to control your emotions. This is necessary in all cases. I saw a friend of mine who could not control his anger, he would become very aggressive very fast , later because of this he lost a few jobs. He misbehaved with his employees and even his boss. If you cannot control your anger, you have to face various types of problems.

You are very correct, anger creates a kind of emotional trauma so many people get angry about things then Carrie's that as frustration into an argument that has small or nothing to do with the real problem also the next person then can receive a reaction to what he can handle yes, the reason is because the issues is part of the angry and this how a situation that could have been because so many individuals is already an emotional problematic in nature.

In the past analysis of people who are easily excited, you will see that they fail to control themselves due to their social situation. There is another type of person who becomes arrogant when they get power and expresses anger by considering others insignificant. Some people become arrogant even if they get enough care in childhood, but in most cases I have seen that the hereditary factor is more affected.

The upbringing of parents has a huge impact on the way they live. Even if they live in extreme poverty and in extreme luxury, there is a kind of abnormal condition in the mentality of people.

Yes that is certainly correct,  some times we miss calculate things thereby  some unexpected expressions even where it is not needed to be shown but because we find it difficult controlling our feelings that is always the way things are resolved.
One thing I see that constantly repeats itself periodically is over reaction even when this are not supposed to be expressed in that manner. Anger is a very dangerous disease that causes destruction if not properly controlled as it is supposed to be done. The best way to handle situations is to express our feelings the way it is supposed to be and not misinterpreted because anger or other factors.
Sometimes the problem is not lack of emotional control. People mostly over react when they have been continuously ignored or they are under pressure or they are being proved. We cannot just simply say that people should control their anger, that can over simplifies the problem. Both emotions and situations need to be address that causes the problem.
Sometimes we can use anger positively when it draws attention to unacceptable behaviour or injustice. It can be used constructively rather than only through aggression . Raher than suppressing the feeling better communication, patience and problem solving things should be encouraged.

People are angry for so many reasons, it could be that they expect to get more and achieve more in life than they are getting in reality. It could be also be a temperamental problem should be worked one as a person grows. It could also be as a result of boxing things up over the time and when they react it comes off as anger. Also, there is this believe that stammerers get angry easily. Sometimes hardship and poverty also make some people angry. They are angry with the state of things and their financial situations. But as a person who tends to get angry mature in life they should learn to control their anger. There will always be situations that will trigger anger but being able to manage anger is a contious effort in life. Emotional control and anger management is key in having and maintaining relationships in life.

I think environment can be better a major cause of why people seem angry sometimes, there are cities in my country like Lagos and Benin where everyone seems to be defensive due to the nature of how people conduct themselves in these cities. Almost anything can trigger some of the people who live in these cities. They believe to survive in Lagos you need to be appear fearless and possibly angry so someone doesn't overstep.

Misunderstanding and misconception can also be a trigger and a reason why so many perfect angry. They tend to understand things differently or choose not to understand and react rather than understand. Sometimes manner of approach plays a role in this because you can be trying to tell someone something but because of the tone of your voice they are not getting the message being passed only the emotions and they tend to react.

State of mind, Let's take for instance, It could be that a wife of a boss might have provoked him before coming to work and then you the secretary get the transfer of aggression from the boss. You might have done everything right and still get shouted at or you may even receive multiple complains from him. The statd of mind of people can get them angry and they can act mean to others . Another thing is that some people are naturally irritated by the actions of others. They can't overlook things done or said. They react by showing their anger.
