Hello everyone. I want to expose the massive scam orchestrated by BC.GAME and the complete incompetence of their customer support  Angry. Since April, a monthly tournament with a $25,000 prize pool has been running on their official Esports Hub. It was labeled “April 2026 (Current).” I spent a ton of money on the game and placed in one of the prize spots.
When the April deadline arrived, instead of paying out the prizes, the banner magically changed from “April 2026 (Current)” to “April -> May 2026,” and they secretly added 23 DAYS to the timer!  Huh This is a classic example of misleading advertising designed to make players spend even more money to protect their positions.  Angry
But it gets even worse. I contacted support to ask why the deadline had been changed. The operators entered the link into their casino mirror verification tool and it obviously failed the check (since it’s an esports hub, not a slots mirror), and they told me that this promotion is a SCAM and has nothing to do with them. Tongue Their own support team doesn’t even know that they have an official CS2 Esports team (with s1mple, etc.) and a dedicated hub! Don’t trust them. They’ll change the dates when it’s time to pay out prizes, and their support team will manipulate you by calling their own official promotions “fakes.”  Lips sealed
I’m attaching the evidence I have and asking you to help me reach the actual BC GAME management or at least some competent managers who are aware that they actually have their own esports team. The live chat is completely incompetent, and I hope that going public will help me get my honestly won prize money.

I mean, it's 2026 now and does it even surprise anybody that the support working for BC is absolutely useless? I mean I have talking about this for years now. They have no clue what's going on, just babble some nonsense they don't even understand, and people trust this site with their own money.
BC is a HUGE red flag, yet another proof that every person should stay away from these clowns!

May I know where do you get the link from? Far as I know, BC does their own esport platform within BC.Game ecosystem, https://bc[dot]game/bti/esports so I am failed to understand why the need to have external dedicated page, one that I haven't ever heard of too.

... I contacted support to ask why the deadline had been changed. The operators entered the link into their casino mirror verification tool and it obviously failed the check (since it’s an esports hub, not a slots mirror),
The site verification tool of bc are for all its mirror sites, every domain has the same content, so you're assumption that other mirror link that can be verified is only for slots is wrong, you can try it for yourself for you to prove it that all mirrors with different games not just slots work for the verification.

https://talkimg.com/images/2026/05/03/UyqyKo.jpeg

At this point, it's hard to say exactly where I found this link—it's been quite a while—but I'm sure it's everywhere. Their (bc.game) CEO streams on Twitch, and in every stream he mentions this hub and provides a link to it. I’m sure the link is on other official resources as well. If you’re worried that this site might be a phishing site and I was simply tricked, I’m 100% sure that’s not the case. Even if I were wrong and it were a phishing site, the leaderboard on this site took into account the volume of bets from their original site. How could a phishing site get my bet volume from their official site? Even if they (the scammers) had a way to view all my bets, how would they benefit from it if I place them on the original site and don’t interact with the phishing site at all? Thank you for trying to help me and figuring this out with me. I appreciate it.

Okay, if umm... you're placing your bets on the original site [I'll assume with link or mirrors with extension to what I provide above], what does the original site said about the tournament? And why bother mentioning the other thread?

It seems you don't quite understand what I'm talking about. Here's how it works:

I place a bet on the original website. (https://bc.game/sports)

Once the event is over, the amount of my bet is added to the leaderboard on their hub website. (https://bcgameesports.com/hub)

I most likely don't. So please help me understand. You're placing bets on a tournament on bcgame, and the leaderboard was on bcgameesportscom? It doesn't show on bcgame?

I am further confused with the word "once the event is over"... though you said they secretly add 23 days, were they like an event for first-half of April or it's an all the length of April? Asking because if the event is all over April and then they add "April-May", and "the event is over" uhh... three additional days seems acceptable to settle some unfinished matches or whatever technicalities, no?

Walk me through this?

I apologize for the confusion. I’m not a native English speaker, and I use a translator that sometimes messes up the words. Here are the answers to your questions, and thank you again for your help.

"You're placing bets on a tournament on bcgame, and the leaderboard was on bcgameesportscom?"

yes.

"It doesn't show on bcgame?"

yes.

"I am further confused with the word "once the event is over""

I meant after the event I bet on was over, not the leaderboard event.

Enlighten me in one more thing: does that tournament is BC-exclusive, as in BC having a tournament of e-sport themselves, or was it a worldwide event where BC "piggybacking" by having a tournament based on the outcome of the e-sport event?

I think I explained everything in enough detail earlier, but I’ll say it again.

The bc.game eSports hub is running a leaderboard competition: after you place a bet on any event, the amount of your bet is added to the leaderboard once the event you bet on has concluded. This competition was advertised as monthly (see the photo in the original post). As soon as April ended, the prizes were supposed to be awarded, and the competition for the new month—May—was supposed to begin. But no, apparently the organizers weren’t impressed by the volume of bets placed by users, so they decided to simply extend this event for another month. I consider this extension unfair. You said the competition was monthly, so why did you suddenly decide to make it last two months?

If you have any remaining questions, you can review these resources on your own. I’ve included links, screenshots, and explanations earlier. Thank you.

My apology, but I am not interested to access the platform if it is not a verified mirror site. But from what I can guess, if I may, I think it's akin to sportsbet and superbru. At times, Sportsbet held a tournament with SuperBru. Question is still the same though: was your tournament is [if I may give an example like sportsbet and superbru] an event made by sportsbet and hosted in superbru, or is it a worldcup event, that sportsbet pitched in by giving exclusive invitation to loyal players to predict in SuperBru?

Simple question, really: is it a world-wide event or is it a stand-alone exclusive tournament made by BC?

I'm attaching a screenshot taken from the bc.game eSports hub in the hope that it will answer your question.

How sure are we now that it is indeed BC official events instead of an external parties trying to earn through referral link and affiliate program, and thus the event on that site, and the extension, wasn't officially from BC?

As I’ve mentioned many times before, the CEO of BC.GAME constantly talks about their hub (which we’ve just been discussing). And I’m sure it’s mentioned on the company’s other official resources as well.

And as I’ve also said many times before, you could verify all of this for yourselves if you wanted to.

Two things that you should be able to infer from a very short DD I just did [that you should have did too]: either they're an esport-team that's sponsored by BC or they're trying to create that impression.

One thing that I believe those who visits the site can infer very easily though, they're a TEAM, not a sports-event holder, not an even manager and thus it answers the question I've been asking multiple times. If the date gets shoved to 22 more days, well, either you're accidentally entering a second event, while 1st event already concluded, or the event-holder choose to push it further.

Whether they are simply a "sponsored team" or a direct subsidiary is just semantics. You are missing the most important technical fact here:

This esports hub tracks real-time wagering volume directly from the main BC.GAME website to update its leaderboard. A simple third-party affiliate or an independent team CANNOT pull live internal betting data of players. That requires direct backend API integration, which is only granted and managed by BC.GAME itself.

Therefore, this hub is an officially integrated promotional tool of the casino. They control the data.

I am not here to argue the corporate structure of their esports division. I am here to expose two undeniable facts:

A $25,000 official promotion had its deadline secretly extended by 23 days after the deadline had already passed.

When asked about this heavily integrated site, BC.GAME's official Live Support called it a "fake" and a "scam" simply because it failed a generic mirror-checker.

The bait-and-switch of the $25k prize pool is real, and the absolute incompetence of the support team is real. That is the point of this topic.

We would like to clarify the situation regarding a recently reported issue:

1. The website https://bcgameesports.com/hub
is NOT an official BC.GAME domain.
It is a fake/phishing site.
Please verify all official and mirror domains only via:
2. The official CEO account of BC.GAME is:
He has never streamed on Twitch, and would not promote any mirror or third-party site through such channels.
3. Regarding the technical concern you mentioned — that betting history from the official BC.GAME site appears on the phishing site —
this matter is currently under investigation by our team.

To help us further verify and analyze your case, could you please provide:

The Twitch account you are referring to
Screenshots of your bets and related transaction records

This information will assist us in identifying the source of the issue more accurately.

We strongly advise all users to remain cautious and only interact with verified official links.

Thank you for your reply, but I am not going to waste time sending transaction screenshots to distract from the real issue. My betting volume is securely recorded on your official site. What needs to be addressed right now is your blatant lie that bcgameesports.com/hub is a "phishing" site.
Let's look at the undeniable facts that completely destroy this narrative:
1. Official X (Twitter) Affiliation: The X account for this so-called "phishing" site has the official corporate affiliation badge linking it directly to the main BC.GAME account. Furthermore, your official verified accounts are actively following it. Twitter does not give out corporate affiliation badges to scammers.
2. S1mple is Following It: Your star brand ambassador and official esports partner, s1mple, follows this exact "fake" account on X. Are you officially stating that s1mple and your main corporate accounts are following and promoting a phishing scam to your audience?
3. Official Ambassadors & Discord: Your official representative, AkoFocus, openly promotes it (https://www.twitch.tv/akofocus). There is also an active Discord server with nearly 2,000 members operating openly under the "BC Game Esports" brand.
Stop insulting my intelligence. This is not a phishing site; it is your official esports hub.
The reality of the situation is simple: your team secretly extended a $25,000 leaderboard AFTER deadline had already passed to avoid paying out prizes. And now, your support team is calling your own project a "fake".
I expect my leaderboard position to be honored and my prizes paid out immediately. I want a response from a competent Senior Manager who knows what is actually going on in your esports division.
