This is why casinos hire beta testers to test games in stages before releasing them. The casinos enter into an NDA with the testers and grant them access to the stage environment. The game testers test for months, find bugs, and then release the games once testing is complete. Even after that, there could still be other bugs. So, the casino needs to have a bug bounty so the exploiters can test the games at least for the bounty.

It's been a while since I have seen casinos offering bug bounty. Usually, they do not offer anything at all. If someone reports something serious, the casino just say we knew that and try to fix without apreciating the reporter, which is why people choose to exploit instead of reporting the bugs.
It's like QC QA testers who are very important in product development procedures and they are basically technical people while also have knowledge and experience in the field they're working as product testers.

It's always hard for people who develop a product can realize all issues of their own products and that's main role of beta testers who have view of like outsiders so they're not biased with their view. In addition, after a long progress of developing a product, developers can feel tired enough which affects their debug efficiency too. While it is not important how find bugs, a company need to find bugs and fix them, even with outsource.

I have tried clearing the browsers cache, but it still came.. Undecided

We recently identified and confirmed a technical vulnerability in our Originals section. Specifically, a flaw in our provably fair seed generation system allowed certain users to retrieve an active server seed in its decrypted state, enabling them to predict the outcome of specific rounds and wager accordingly.

We became aware that this exploit was being actively used by a number of players, and we took the decision to immediately disable all Originals games to protect the integrity of our platform and our community.


We take the fairness and security of our platform extremely seriously. Once the fix has been implemented and thoroughly tested, Originals will be back , stronger and fully secure.
Though users' funds haven't been affected, it's still a matter of concern. Because exploits from the beginning won't be a good sign for a gambling platform. Testing with your team isn't sufficient for a gambling platform because you create it and you might fail to notice the mistakes there; as a result, there is technical vulnerability.

Any platform should be tested by the public at the beginning or before launch. It would help to detect any technical vulnerability or bug on the platform. We often see various crypto platforms run bug bounties where users and developers participate to find any bugs; also, the review campaigns would help get direct users' opinions. Definitely, they will share if they find something wrong.

Thanks for sharing your perspective, and I genuinely appreciate the time you took to write this out.
You're absolutely right that internal testing alone has its limits, that's a fair point and one we take seriously. But I'd push back gently on the idea that vulnerabilities at any stage are a sign of something fundamentally wrong. The reality is that every major software platform, from banks to exchanges to the biggest tech companies in the world, has dealt with vulnerabilities. Microsoft, Google, Binance, Kraken, you name it. The difference between a trustworthy platform and a careless one isn't whether bugs exist (they always will), it's how the team responds when they're found.
Without mistakes, no one improves.

What matters is identifying issues quickly, being transparent about them, fixing them, and learning from the process. That's exactly what we're doing. We've already patched two of the affected Originals (Mines and Coinflip), and work is ongoing on the rest. User funds were never at risk, and we'd rather catch and fix these issues openly than pretend our platform is flawless.
Your suggestion about bug bounties and public testing is a good one, and it's something a lot of platforms (including us) lean on as part of a healthy security posture. Community input is genuinely valuable, and reports like the one that surfaced this issue are exactly why we encourage them.

There is one important thing for you to consider in your deposit system.
Deposit address is changing all the time even if the address is not used yet.
Better if you can give a single address for each currency and maybe give an option to players to generate new address if they wish.
Below is just an example of different bitcoin deposit addresses while I have not made a deposit into it.

Also the information above the address column is all USDT ADDRESS although the actual address is for other coins, it can be confusing for some players.

It seems like their developers working on the live website and deploying everything live without testing them on the stage environment. If you see the white blank screen, it could be a backend crash, just press f12 and see the console for the error. This might not be the real error, the devs need to check the real error from their server log. However, this is not a very good approach for the devs to check everything on live while the website is having visitors from different sources.

You probably revisited because they are on the forum. Most people who came from social media, review sites or other platforms may won't revisit after seeing the website is not working for them.

The last time I checked the website, it was loading perfectly for me. So, I suggested that you to check the console for the errors. I just checked the website myself, and I was able to access it perfectly without any errors. I am not sure if I was lucky or if they have been working to fix their website very quickly, so I never got those errors myself.

It is sad to see that you have had an awful experience. As I said before, you were trying again because you are on this forum and the thread keeps popping up in front of you. However, general players won't visit the website again and again if they see that they cannot access the website.

Yup, multiple times, different times. I even switched browsers too, chrome brave firefox, you name it. Used a fresh one, with zero cookies. But still, my first try always a failed try. Now I'm not sure whether it's my internet (ISP) or the problem is actually from their end.

Btw, I just produced it again on brave, 5 minutes ago..same as before 525 SSL handshake fail.

I decided to try this new casinos, I made few small deposits in the past few days and I managed to win something eventually.
Requested a withdrawal almost 24h ago but it is still pending until now while in fact they sent a email few seconds after my withdrawal request.
An email says that my withdrawal is accepted and it is on the way  Grin but nothing come to my wallet until now.
Asked support 2 hours ago but no answers until now which is unfortunate while support was answering my chat quickly before when there was an issue with my deposit and gave me small compensation for the issue.


For now, I'm suggesting anyone to avoid this casino, at least until they answered my message and process my withdrawal.

It’s true that it says "USDT address" but it’s actually a bitcoin address (most likely a multi-sig address). They need to fix this so it shows the right coin name and they probably need to think of using segwit address (addresses that start with bc1) instead of legacy addresses that cost more money on transaction fees.
I'm also having issues accessing the website when using mobile data but when I connect to a wifi network the website loads just fine. Weird!

A lesson for everyone is to not every deposit any funds to a new casino until they prove themselves trustworthy. A new casino should at least consider marketing on the forum by hiring a good manager for their signature campaign and have at least some amount in Escrow. But, in case of Kikabet.com none of those are there and that's why I believe everyone should avoid such a casino.

I don't have a problem visiting their site using laptop or mobile phone and runs smoothly. But they should check all things in the site and makes sure their customers feels convenient accessing the site.

We should gives them time to check and fix the errors. They might did that after reading our suggestion but they should clarify the situation on the site and explain the details.

It would certainly be the last time I log in and play on that casino. There is a lot of good trustworthy casinos out there and trust doesn't grow overnight.
They replied my chat message after around 4hours asking confirmation for the address I used for the withdrawal then they replied that they will process it soon.
It is more than 10 hours now since they said that they will process it soon but my withdrawal is still pending LOL.
Perhaps they have different meaning for "SOON"  Grin

A lesson for everyone is to not every deposit any funds to a new casino until they prove themselves trustworthy. A new casino should at least consider marketing on the forum by hiring a good manager for their signature campaign and have at least some amount in Escrow. But, in case of Kikabet.com none of those are there and that's why I believe everyone should avoid such a casino.
It is narrow-minded to choose casino to play based on signature campaign because campaign is just advertisement, even scam casinos can do it as well.
I do not mean to defend this casino OFC but it is applied generally, signature campaign has nothing to do with reputation or it has no guarantee that a casino will turn to scam or not.
Honestly, I did feel something that too good to be true in this new casino, I'm aware that my decision to try this casino is also a gambling, that's why I did spend small amount of money only.
