But calling it a scam is too much since the payment still made it through. One of those issues occurred while I was Auto Dicing for the leaderboard, where my balance decreased even though all of my bets were winning (weird- right?). I submitted multiple screenshots documenting the problem, and live support acknowledged that the issue existed. While I appreciate that acknowledgment, the losses caused by the bug were significantly greater than the compensation I received, but to be honest, I also have gotten other compensation too. So I guess we are all even.

Additionally, the $40 compensation was not given solely because of this bug. It was provided for several reasons, including being told to reach Bronze Level 1 to receive a reward, as well as the Instant Rakeback feature not working on my account.

As for the withdrawal issue, I only mentioned in the public chat that my withdrawal had not arrived because another user had reported experiencing the same problem. Both messages were subsequently deleted by Kikabet. Was it wrong of me to raise the issue in public chat? Perhaps. However, there was no rule against doing so.
