Bethog blocked my account with $52k in it

I was using bethog for about a year without issues, on april 28th they blocked my account out of the blue and sent me this email:::

Following a careful investigation, this account has been deemed to violate the BetHog Terms of Service and it has been permanently suspended. All promotional credits, bonus(es) or otherwise, and all winnings obtained are void.

I had $52k in my account when they blocked it, they have not identified which term I violated and did not reply to my follow up email.

Not sure what steps I should take at this point as I have never ran into an issue like this.

I submitted a complaint with askgamblers and bethog did not respond:

Nothing else can be done from this point so just going to stop pursuing I guess

They have an announcement thread here, but sadly, their representative hasn't been online since November last year, so you probably won't get any response from them here. You should try posting on Casino.guru, Askgamblers or casinomeister, you might have a chance getting a response from them there.

While we wait for his reply, is there anything else you could give us here as "proof" that what you say actually happened? Other than the quote in your OP. First set is to usually right to the support and appeal against the decision. If they keep insisting, and you feel that you are innocent regarding the whole issue, you can then go ahead and use third party arbitrators to help independently investigate the case and give in their verdict. Right now bethog representative is not active in the forum

Can you please follow the scam accusations format from the pinned post? Unless you shared all the details, it's quite hard to understand the real situation. Your balance was $52K when the account closed; then what was your initial deposit? And how have you won from the Bethog? What was your total deposit on that site, and what's the total withdrawal as well?

They sent just a default email; they haven't explained the exact situation. From previous experience I think it would cause multiple account issues, otherwise cheating on the game. So make sure you haven't abused their terms; if you are legit, then raise concern on gambling review sites like AskGambler, etc. Bethog will respond there with the explanation. Keep continuing talking with their customer support, but usually they don't help in such issues.

This is not really a laughing matter though, especially with the huge amount of money involved and they are not even providing you a good explanation. I totally understand how frustrated you are actually feeling now, because if I am the one in this position trust me I will be so mad.

Problems like this, most betting platforms always rely so much on their terms of service, and you see all these rules usually contain very general conditions about, irregular play, abuse of bonuses, multi accounting, or maybe management decision,  even when the user believes that he or she has done nothing wrong.

Since the casino has not actually given a specific violation they are referring to, I will just advise you to keep all communication formal and documented. And try your best requesting for a very detailed breakdown of the specific rules that you violated and a complete review of transaction or account history.

That is a really vague email to send to a customer and then block their account. It's like saying: "You broke our terms, not like we're gonna tell you what it is, but we'll keep everything you've won. Goodbye". It's becoming a trend with many crypto casinos when they don't want to pay a player.

Did they let you withdraw your deposit?
Have you escalated this case in Casinoguru or Askgamblers?

Sorry, no. I haven't get any reply. Please allow me to "blast" nudge them, about three times a day, from this day to Sunday [yes, I'll make exception and nudge this contact despite weekend], and if by Monday I am still left unread, my contact is probably no longer with Bethog or deliberately ignore, of which, feel free to escalate to other entities as I am removing myself as my service proven to be ineffective.

I think... they just... blocked me? I can't find their name on telegram anymore, nor our chat. With telegram, it is possible to do that, to remove conversation for both sides and then wipe everything clean. I also tried to search their name and I'm pretty much sure they block me because I can't find it in my contact.
