I have a niece who has just learned to use a computer and is in class 6, she knows I am a Bitcoin believer and I often tell her about Bitcoin along with computer skills.

Then I thought about how to give a basic idea to those who are young easily. Where a series of discussions about Bitcoin BTC will proceed in the form of illustrations like a book.

From that idea, I created a picture of a part, which
I want to add as the first page.

What would be a good name for the second part?

( I want to create information concepts and illustrations accordingly )

Is your niece interested in your story about Bitcoin? I think maybe only some teenagers have an interest in Bitcoin. At that age, there might not be an interest in something serious related to finance.
And I think the illustration you made is not suitable for a 6th-grade child. Sorry, but that illustration seems more suitable for a preschool children's storybook. Knowledge is certainly important to know and learn for children. But perhaps we need to adjust for their age and development.

"The Coin that No One can Control" That's my own suggestion for the second part...  Catching kids while they are young by introducing them to Bitcoin at that early age is the best thing to do... Truth be told if kids are taught some basic lessons about Bitcoin and it's various uses, it can shape the way they will think about things like savings as they are growing up.. In the case of your niece, since she is still young she and others in her age category would be much more interested in pictorial learning, that's why this your idea would really go a long way in educating her in a very fun way... Kudos..

I don't think there is much need to teach a sixth grader about Bitcoin. Because he may not yet have a good understanding of Fiat or be interested in economic matters. Before teaching him about Bitcoin, I think he should be taught about the Fiat system and the limitations of the Fiat system. You should first give him an idea of centralized financial management, and then give him a solution to how to escape from that centralized system or government control, which would be Bitcoin.

Before teaching him about why Bitcoin is useful over the traditional Fiat system, he should be taught about Fiat. While your strategy for teaching children about Bitcoin is useful, you are starting from the wrong place. To plant a tree, you don't just have to study the tree, you have to start from the soil and teach him why trees are needed.

If your niece understands English, I suggest you to give her good shows about BTC, a YouTube channel called Tuttle Twins has some content that contains that, with easy presentation, I think your niece will easily understand about our hard money.

(1) What is Bitcoin? Explained in 3 Minutes | Tuttle Twins

(2) Dollars or Bitcoin? Which one is better? | Economics Explained

(3) A Bitcoin Bash & Corrupted Cash - Full Episode | Tuttle Twins

It is not necessary to teach a child in class six about Bitcoin. But if you want to teach him about Bitcoin, then in this case, you should first teach him how to store Bitcoin basically. And how to ensure the security of the Bitcoin wallet. Bitcoin is a currency that is completely under our control but that control will remain as long as our wallet is secure, so I think the child should be taught about this matter first and foremost. And then teach him how much potential long-term Bitcoin investment has. And for example, inform him about the previous history of Bitcoin.

But now is not the right time for him to learn about finance and money management at this age, because of which no matter how much you understand him, he will not want to learn and understand it patiently and how much potential Bitcoin has. So I would say that he should only worry about his school life now and you can try to teach him about Bitcoin only when he enters college life. And that will be a good time for him

Its been long we had this kind of thread, IIRC, we used to get a lot of it at one time in the forum. Your niece is in sixth grade, so i guess she would be between the ages of 11-12 years old. She is still very young and i am not sure i would want to bother her with bitcoin lectures, except she has shown any sort of interest in what it is, which i really doubt. I am for letting kids be kids, there's enough time for them to learn what needs to be learnt.

If you can create a short animated story it will be fun for her to learn. Children learn more through storytelling and high picture animations. We have lots of tools that can help generate animations in that direction. I will say a very short story so it doesn't become boring at some point.  .

I will suggest it shouldn't be with so much information just something that can be memorized like a poem or even a single sentence that can be recited as often as possible. Something like "bitcoin a digital currency". As she keeps advancing it can become a building block to gathering more information if she eventually gets interested in bitcoin.

I will not encourage anyone to involve primary school level kids to start learning Bitcoin. Even though I want them to know some basic of Bitcoin I will allow them to finish secondary school before I will be bold to teach my kids Bitcoin but I will not encourage them to start investing in Bitcoin because they will not take their education serous. After secondary you can make them to know what you know that it will make them to show more interest in Bitcoin because it will really help them after they have graduated from school to start investing in Bitcoin.

Do you not think it would be too early to begin putting her through all these? Maybe you should allow her to show an in-depth interest in it before you press further to teach her about it till then, you can just be talking about it to awaken her interest in it for the time being so that it would be in her own interest to press further to learn more about it. Then you can conveniently teach her so that you know she already picks up interest in it, rather than putting effort, and at the end, it doesn't interest her, and that would be a wasted effort.

If she is still in 6th grade, that means she is still quite young, I don't think it's that important to teach such a young child about Bitcoin because I doubt that she understands it. If it's about basic computers, maybe it's very good to teach her because it's time for her to understand computers, but if it's about Bitcoin, I think there's still time for her to understand it, maybe later when she enters junior high and is more ready to understand Bitcoin, you can teach her about it.
But that's just my opinion, if you feel confident that she is interested in it, then go ahead with what you want.

These kids just need to know the new perspective of money to be a digital one controlled by nobody, let that stick to their mindset and that their coming generation should be ready to make use of it. Infact, it should be talked about everyday until it gets to their subconscious mind that crypto is the newest generation of money, assets and investments.

Your niece is still quite young to get introduced to something complicated like bitcoin and money in general. Even if might show some interest to learn, I don't think she is that serious about this and she will forget everything after seeing her best cartoon. I can't get your point to teach such a sophisticated thing to a child at 6th class. Being enthousiast for computers doesn't forcely mean interested in everything can be done using computers. I suggest you to show her some tutorials about simple basic programming languages. I think this is the best you can do for her to get introduced to bitcoin later when she will grow up.

You can keep working on those episodes but let them be for adolescents because children won't be that interested to understand monetary basics with decentralization philosophy.

The kids of nowadays are very sharp and very smart/intelligent, they don’t need to learn something over and over again before they get to understand it and apply it to their everyday lives for what needs to be added. I am not also going to force my kids to learn about bitcoin, I can tell them about it but if they don’t show interest in them, I’ll let them be and not force something upon them that they dislike. If they dislike something, it is better you don’t force them or make them feel pushed to do things beyond them not depriving the pleasure of doing it. Kids will grow and they’ll get to understand better about bitcoin and they will looking for it when it is the right time which I should also be ready to be their guide throughout.

We should know the main idea for the second part so we can determine the name and we can't gives a name for the second part without knowing the idea.

But it is good to have another concepts about Bitcoin that you write in a book. If you launch that and makes people curious especially their kids, they will search for more info to find out.

But not many kids interest to something that too completely unless you tells about the simple thing how to use Bitcoin. They can thinks according to their age and that will not makes them difficult to understand.

Before that, the first part "The Secret Golden Coin" will likely mislead children on what Bitcoin is.
Mainly, Bitcoin isn't secret, it's (in)famous enough to be known by most people, and specially: it's not anonymous.

I can't see the current title's relevance to the basics of Bitcoin aside from sounding great for a title page.

cygan's ELI-5 illustration above is one good example,
try to "generate" something similar to each of its panels without changing the context too much.
Of course, only take inspiration, do not copy it completely.

I have a niece who has just learned to use a computer and is in class 6, she knows I am a Bitcoin believer and I often tell her about Bitcoin along with computer skills.
There's no reason pressurising a child that's barely in grade six to start thinking about bitcoin because in all honesty, whatever information she gets about bitcoin won't be so much of use to her being that she's still young and doesn't have the resource that will even give her a chance of exploring what bitcoin is all about.

If at that age she already knows about bitcoin, I will rather let it be that way and allow her explore other aspect of life which hopefully we create a good Ballance in her early years of learning. The early age of a child's upbringing is meant for learning, exploration and growth. An adult needs indebt knowledge of bitcoin far more than a child does.

Kids can learn about anything if they're exposed to but their learning progress must be directed rightly and somehow good for their physical growth as well as health status and psychology.

I see that's good if kids know about Bitcoin, but just at very fundamental level which matches with their very young ages and almost empty brains.

Don't stress your kids to learn too much, that's generally true, and it's the same with learning about Bitcoin if you want to educate your kids about Bitcoin.

In fact, too much info can be overwhelming, even if it is shown in the way of a guide with beautiful illustrations, and once they become saturated with a topic, it can be very difficult to regain interest in it. I would say that the best way to teach and spark their interest is to lead by example, but this initiative can be also good if he can keep it simple.
