I am opening this thread to warn others about my experience with Betcoin.ag, which raises serious concerns about their conduct and the safety of user funds.

I created an account with them two days ago and made a deposit using USDT. After that, I started placing bets. Some bets were lost, but the majority were won, and my balance increased to approximately 700 USDC. At that point, I decided to test the withdrawal process by requesting a withdrawal of just 50 USDC.

The withdrawal appeared in my transaction history as “pending approval,” which already seemed unusual for such a small amount. What made things worse is that I never received any confirmation email or notification that I had initiated a withdrawal request — something that is standard practice on any legitimate platform.

After waiting for a considerable amount of time with no progress, I contacted their live chat support. I was told that withdrawals may take up to 24 hours for approval. While not ideal, I accepted this explanation and decided to wait.

However, just a few hours later, when I attempted to log back into my account, I was met with a message stating that my account had been blocked and that I needed to contact support. This is where the situation became highly suspicious.

I immediately contacted live chat again, expecting an explanation. Instead, I was given a vague and unhelpful response telling me that I needed to send an email to their support team — with absolutely no details, no clarification, and no justification for why my account was blocked. The response was dismissive and frankly unprofessional.

I followed their instruction and sent the requested email. There has been no reply whatsoever.

I returned to live chat once again, explained the entire situation, and pointed out that my account was blocked and that I had already sent the email as instructed. The response? Again, I was told to send an email — completely ignoring the fact that I had already done so.

After I insisted and tried to get any meaningful information, they simply stopped responding altogether. I was left typing messages with no reply, effectively being ignored.

To summarize: after winning bets and attempting a small withdrawal, my account was suddenly blocked without explanation, my withdrawal remains pending, support refuses to provide any information, and communication has been completely cut off.

This behavior is extremely concerning and fits a pattern often associated with platforms that delay withdrawals, block accounts, and avoid communication when users attempt to access their funds.

At this point, I have no access to my account, no access to my funds, and no response from their support team.

I strongly advise anyone considering using Betcoin.ag to think twice. This experience suggests a serious lack of transparency and raises red flags about whether user funds are actually safe on this platform.

No, I did not take any deposit bonus. I simply deposited funds and placed regular bets — nothing unusual or outside standard play.

In total, I made approximately 10–15 bets, both pre-match and live. My most recent bets were on soccer, including Japan J-League matches and an Austria league game (A. Klagenfurt vs SK Rapid II).

Unfortunately, I am unable to provide screenshots from my account at this time because I no longer have access to it. However, I can share evidence of my communication attempts with their support team, including unanswered emails and records of being ignored via live chat.

Please let me know if that would be helpful, and I will provide those details.

If you want to build a serious case here, then sharing that evidence of chat logs between your and the support team should not just be optional. Members need to see how negligent and unhelpful their support it.

The issue is they should at least be able to tell you why the account was blocked so you know where to start from when appealing the block.

I created an account with them two days ago

This is such a weird thing to lie about. We updated systems in September, so I cannot say exactly when you created the account, but it was definitely prior to September. Also, you had XP transfer over, which means you had played here prior to September as well.

I returned to live chat once again, explained the entire situation, and pointed out that my account was blocked and that I had already sent the email as instructed. The response? Again, I was told to send an email — completely ignoring the fact that I had already done so.

Your support access was blocked after you were told to send an email. Chat support does not deal with abusive accounts, so they correctly asked you to email and then blocked you from first level support. Then you came back to support using a false email address to trick us into replying to you again. Not a good look creating multiple accounts on support and trustpilot, but fitting for a professional cheat, such as yourself.

As far as the email, your second chat attempt occurred only 3 hours after the first. Emails are responded to within 24 hours, which is the fastest of any site, as far as we know. And we are pleased to see that yours was already responded to!

Your reply is full of lies.
You say you “cannot say exactly” when I created the account. I can say exactly: I created it last week. I had never used your platform before. I never transferred any XP whatsoever. That is another lie. I had never played on your site before. Since you made these accusations publicly, I challenge you to prove them.
Another lie concerns what was blocked. It was not “support access” that was blocked — it was my actual account. And guess what? That happened shortly after I requested a withdrawal. That is the part you conveniently avoid.
The sequence is simple: I deposited, I placed bets, I won, I requested a withdrawal, and then my account was blocked. Instead of explaining that, you came back with accusations, invented stories, and attacking language.
The tactics you are using are old-fashioned and very well known. It is also not by accident that there is no proper mention of the company’s whereabouts, and there is no need to even get into the type of licence you hold and why.
Forums and review sites contain plenty of reports, and guess what: people who had funds locked or accounts blocked describe exactly the same pattern — delays, restrictions, vague explanations, and accusations.
And instead of accusing me of posting fake reviews on review sites, maybe it would be better to question your own practices and the way you operate. That is the real issue here. You seem to take people for sheep, but unfortunately for you, they are not.
Regarding your statement:
“As far as the email, your second chat attempt occurred only 3 hours after the first. Emails are responded to within 24 hours, which is the fastest of any site, as far as we know.”
That again shows you may be living on another planet. Personally, I do not know any serious platform that blocks an account, leaves funds inaccessible, and then considers 24 hours to provide a basic explanation as “the fastest.”
Do you honestly think people will believe what you say because you use an aggressive tone, make accusations, and throw around false statements?
I repeat: I had never used your site before. I never transferred XP. I never had prior activity. Those are direct falsehoods from beginning to end.
If you are confident in your claims, then publish proof. Until then, your reply only reinforces the concerns raised here.

That is another lie. I had never played on your site before. Since you made these accusations publicly, I challenge you to prove them.

We can clearly see that the account in question was created prior to September. You would not have to physically transfer the XP. The XP you accrued prior to September were transferred automatically to our new system. The only way this could possibly be false, is if you have additional accounts. Which wouldn't be surprising, considering the additional accounts you have created in our support system and on other review sites. Either way, you are banned for life, so we suggest you move along.

Edit: This well-known cheater has at least 4 trustpilot accounts he has left negative reviews of us on. Guarantee this is not his first BitcoinTalk account, as we have information that he has been banned on many other sites. If anyone can find a confirmed previous BitcoinTalk complaint of his from another account, we will offer a bounty of his entire account balance.
Here is a hint:
https://www.trustpilot.com/reviews/5eb3c07e25e5d20a888ee490

Otherwise, we will put his funds into a raffle to be given away to this great community. Because this is clearly not about the money. It's about saving the industry from scammers like him. Raffle details will be listed in our ANN thread, if no one can find a confirmed additional BitcoinTalk account from him, within a week.

Your response still does not address the core issue. It replaces it with changing explanations and personal accusations, while avoiding the actual sequence of events.

The facts remain unchanged:
Account created → deposit made → bets placed → balance increased → withdrawal requested → account blocked shortly after.

That sequence is still not explained.

Instead, the narrative has shifted multiple times:

* “prior account activity”
* “XP transfer from before September”
* “multiple accounts elsewhere”
* then unrelated accusations about Trustpilot activity

Yet none of these claims are supported with verifiable evidence. No logs, no timestamps, no linked account history, no proof connecting this specific account to any prior activity.

Just shifting explanations depending on the reply.

---

Now to the most important part — the one you introduced yourself:

You publicly stated that if your internal accusation about “additional accounts” cannot be disproven, the user’s funds may be placed into a “raffle” for the community.

That is not a minor detail. That is the only concrete “process” you have actually described in this entire dispute.

So it raises a very simple question:

Is the official internal procedure for disputed balances in your system actually:
investigation → accusation → public claim → raffle of user funds?

Because if that is the case, it would be helpful to clarify it openly, since it is quite an unusual interpretation of financial dispute handling in any regulated environment.

From the outside, it reads less like a compliance process and more like:
“if we believe something, and it cannot be disproven quickly enough, the balance becomes eligible for redistribution.”

That may be an innovative approach to internal operations, but it does naturally raise questions about how user funds are segregated, protected, and resolved during disputes.

---

If your position is correct, then this should be very easy to resolve with actual data:

* account creation + login history
* XP origin and transfer mapping with source proof
* full betting history linked to any alleged prior account
* exact rule violation tied specifically to this account
* clear justification for blocking access immediately after a withdrawal request

Until that is provided, what remains is not a resolved case — it is a blocked account, a pending withdrawal, and a series of unverified claims alongside a rather unusual “raffle-based” resolution concept.

---

At this point, the only thing still missing is not more accusations, but actual evidence supporting them.

---

Your latest reply is not an answer — it is a deflection combined with personal insults.

You publicly claimed that details were “already emailed.” That is again a lie. No email has been received containing any evidence, logs, timestamps, account linkage, or any justification for blocking access after a withdrawal request.

This is an important point, because it means your statements are not only unproven — they are directly contradicted by reality.

Instead of providing verifiable proof, you continue with sarcasm and personal attacks. This does not resolve the dispute; it only further highlights the way your platform operates when challenged.

To be clear: the sequence of events remains undisputed on my side — account created, deposit made, bets placed, balance increased, withdrawal requested, account blocked. What is missing is not opinion, but evidence for your accusations.

At this stage, you are not clarifying the situation — you are reinforcing it.

Fortunately, your own replies — including the unnecessary insults — make it very easy for everyone to see exactly how you conduct yourself and the level of professionalism your platform operates at.

You are not proving anything — you are repeating assertions.

No evidence has been provided: no logs, no timestamps, no account linkage, no documentation. Just claims, insults, and PR statements about your “reputation” and “trusted casino.”

Declaring that a user’s “full balance is up for grabs” while a dispute is still active is extremely concerning and raises serious questions about how disputed customer funds are handled on your platform.

From an outside perspective, this entire sequence — deposit, betting activity, withdrawal request, immediate block, shifting explanations, refusal to provide evidence, and public insults — is exactly what will concern any reader following this thread.

If your case is as strong as you claim, there is a simple solution: submit everything.

From the outside, this does not look like a transparent dispute resolution process. It looks like a system where funds are blocked and accusations are made without evidence being presented to justify them.

Real reputation is not something you declare about yourself — it is something others decide after seeing how you actually behave when challenged.

People reading this thread can make their own conclusions very easily.

The dispute is no longer active. When we told you the investigation was ongoing, that is a courtesy to first time offenders who who accidentally violate the ToS. Based on our review, you are not a first time offender and this was not accidental. Stay far away.

You are making final conclusions (“not a first time offender”, “not accidental”) while still providing zero evidence of any of this in this thread.

That is the core issue and it remains unchanged.

No logs, no timestamps, no account linkage, no proof of any violation has been shown here at any point. Just statements that escalate from “investigation ongoing” to a final verdict.

If your position is genuinely supported, then the evidence should stand on its own in public view. Right now it does not exist in this thread—only claims do.

What is visible here is simple: a blocked withdrawal, a disputed account, and conclusions presented without anything verifiable being shown to justify them.

Anyone reading this can see exactly what has been provided—and what has not.

@Stravara, you have been given ago ahead by the Betcoin.ag representative to file a complaint with a 3rd party mediator. Why don't you do so? We all know that what you are requesting to be posted here in a public forum is not happening due to a few complications from customer data privacy to the casino not wanting to expose the ways they use to net cheats. The best option is a 3rd party mediator.

I would be interested in knowing how this ends when you file a complaint there. Betcoin.ag is pretty confident they know what you have been doing.

casino.guru is the wrong place for this, they don't mediate sports complaints.
you should submit one with askgamblers instead: https://www.askgamblers.com/online-casinos/reviews/betcoin-casino

but taking betcoin.ag track record so far with cases like yours, the result will be in their favor.

Update for anyone following this thread :

Since Betcoin repeatedly suggested using third-party mediation, I did exactly that.

I submitted complaints to both Casino Guru and AskGamblers.

The result is revealing.

Neither platform concluded that Betcoin proved any specific violation. Instead, both effectively stated that once a “multiple account” allegation is raised, they cannot properly investigate because they do not have access to the operator’s internal backend data, internal account linkage, device data, internal fraud flags, or other internal records.

That is the key point.

The public accusation remains serious, but the independent complaint platforms are not in a position to verify it.

So where does that leave the player?

A withdrawal is blocked.
The account is restricted.
Accusations are made publicly.
But the third-party platforms cannot independently test the underlying evidence.

That is not meaningful dispute resolution. That is a structural imbalance.

For clarity, AskGamblers stated that once a multiple-account issue is raised, the matter falls outside their mediation scope and they cannot conduct an appropriate investigation from their end.

Casino Guru reached essentially the same practical outcome in a different way regarding sportsbook-related disputes.

So after going through all of this, the obvious question becomes:

What exactly is the value of “independent mediation” if the moment an operator invokes internal multi-account allegations, the complaint effectively becomes non-reviewable by third parties?

From the outside, readers are being asked to accept serious accusations without any independently verifiable examination of the underlying evidence.

That is precisely why transparency matters.

For anyone reading this thread, my position remains very simple:

I deposited.
I placed bets.
My balance increased.
I requested a withdrawal.
Shortly afterwards the account was blocked.

From there the explanations expanded into prior activity, XP transfers, multiple accounts, external reviews, and repeated personal accusations.

But no independently reviewable evidence has been made available in any public forum.

That is an important distinction.

I am simply pointing out what happened after I actually followed the recommended complaint route.

The result was not an independent factual determination.

The result was that the accusation could not be independently examined.

Anyone considering using Betcoin should keep that in mind when reading public reviews, reputation claims, or promotional statements.
