I mean we don't know what happened, basically it's your word against theirs. Maybe you can upload more screens from example your betting history and so on, that makes it easier to paint a picture here.
Yet when closing an account out of the sudden a player can at least expect an explanation or something. An empty email saying "we closed your account, deal with it" is ridiculous and unfortunately common practice from casino sites. I wonder why they sent a first withdrawal and then collected the rest of all the sudden, doesn't make too much sense honestly. But yet, what does make sense in cases like this lately.
I mean putting a player through something like this over 700$ (while being down 10k) is questionable by itself already.
Maybe they needed some cash since paying out monthly (according to them on X it was the biggest monthly ever they paid) and weekly on the same day.

Well, I disagree with that.
It would be my word against theirs if I had simply shared my experience, but this is backed up by screenshot evidence that supports what I’m saying: the denied withdrawals, the support chat reply, how they muted my account so my messages wouldn’t show in the chat, etc. So the story can be checked for consistency, plus I’ve also offered to provide any extra info that might be relevant.
The reply from the Winna representative in the support chat actually supports my version too.
About the withdrawal that was processed, honestly, I think they approved it by mistake. Right after that withdrawal was approved, they cancelled the ones I made afterwards without returning the balance, and then deducted the remaining funds. If I had to bet (hehe) I’d say someone clicked the wrong button.
And yeah, the whole story makes no sense. But then you see similar experiences from other users and you realize it’s a pattern, not just an isolated case.
Lately I saw many accusation threads against Winna with various stories. Many of them are active as they are pending unresolved cases. It is like Winna is the new bc.game scam casino.
It's a bit of a strech to call them that, there's only been 3 threads on scam accusation board made about them.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5554571.0 - This one, Winna's official rep already made a response.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5580783.0 - This is still an ongoing investigation
And then there's this thread.
There are more similar threads, both on this forum and on others, and some of them were only resolved after the issue went public.
The Winna representative shows up and, once the story starts getting attention from the community, they suddenly make the decision that should’ve been made from the very beginning: pay the player.
But what if you don’t complain? What happens then? Do they just keep your money while muting you in their chat, closing your account, and deleting the support chat history?
It’s honestly shameful. Their actions speak worse about them than I ever could.
Hello there,
I signed up to Winna months ago, played there a lot, and eventually reached Gold VIP status. I was down nearly 10k when my account got closed.
It seems you have a similar case with the guy who made a complaint about them on AskGamblers.
https://www.askgamblers.com/casino-complaints/winna-casino-unable-to-withdrawBTW, have you checked your registered email for any updates from them? In the other thread (well, on a
screenshot), they told the complainant that updates about their case are only sent via registered email.
You could also file a complaint on AskGamblers. Although looking at that 1 unresolved complaint, it might also take a while before they respond there.
Of course, I also filed a formal complaint to
complaints@winna.com, forwarded to
support@winna.com as well, and so far I haven’t received any reply.
My messages to Bennet and Paul on Telegram haven’t even been read, let alone answered.
My account has been deleted and I’ve lost access to it. Support chat either doesn’t reply or just tells me to submit the complaint by email. In the support message itself, they clearly state that the decision is final and that there’s no review process ongoing.
> “Hi there! I am so sorry for the delay. I just got an update from our team. Please note that your account was closed and also the funds were removed as per management decision and cannot be reopened. This is final decision by them.”
Were you playing casino games or placing bets on sports events? It looks like you were
placing bets on the sports event. Maybe the odds provider of Winna (Betby) has made the primary decision of closing your account. But the Winna team should have given you further details for closing your account permanently. It will be better if you add the screenshot of your bets.
A mix of both, although I’d say around 90% sports betting.
And if that was the case, they could have:
1. Told me about it.
2. Restricted only my sports betting, or limited my stakes to pennies like other operators do.
3. If they wanted to close my account, let me withdraw first and then close it afterwards.
I have no problem with a casino not wanting me as a customer. But my money is my money.
About the betting history, I don’t have access to the account anymore, and there were hundreds of bets.
What I can say is that the disputed winnings came from maybe 5–10 bets. Nothing weird at all — goal overs in medium/big leagues. Gamble tips. If Winna wants to and thinks something is shady, they can post it here.
