bennetwinna continue without providing any valid explanation. His license is pending at the moment of writting this text and they shouldn't be accepting new users nor processing payments. The timeframe to answer the Tobique comission complaint is ending tomorrow.

Exit scam coming soon?

14 days later, all users with recent complaints remains unanswered. Winna is not answering to the mail complaints nor the complaints filled through Tobique commission (their license regulator) either they provided them a 7 day timeframe they ignored.

Their license appears as pending at the moment still.

they finally answered to the commission thread... and they lied on it. they said it wasn't a confiscation nor account block. I sent back to them the chat transcript, chat screenshot, not being able to login screenshot, etc etc etc.

hopefully this will be resolved but looks very bad for Winna.

weeks later, their  license is still as PENDING. looks like they don't give a fuck about anything.

Hope this gets resolved. I see casino.guru was not able to help you because it was a sports betting related issue. If you don't get an answer via the commission thread, then it wouldn't hurt trying askgamblers too

I tried to inquire about the licence status via, but the support team wouldn't give me any helpful details apart from saying that the team is working to get everything fixed. Not sure how long it will take so I guess we will have to wait.

About the withdrawal that was processed, honestly, I think they approved it by mistake. Right after that withdrawal was approved, they cancelled the ones I made afterwards without returning the balance, and then deducted the remaining funds. If I had to bet (hehe) I’d say someone clicked the wrong button.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure that's the case. I say that because I've seen the mod running chat trivia accidentally send too much to the winner at least twice. It seems as if someone there has a fat-finger problem. Too many lollipops,* perhaps? One time they sent about $100 (the prize is supposed to be $3 or $5, usually). This guarantees an entertaining few minutes of watching the mod try not to appear frantic while @ing the user every 15 seconds to ask for the money back, presumably because it wouldn't be a good look to draw too much attention to the fact that they have functionality to simply take it back.

*in case that makes no sense, it's that the mod sometimes asks "bonus questions" where you guess things like how many lollipops they have on the desk at the moment (that question in particular gets a lot of action), which you could say is really in the spirit of "trivia"

After the Winna.com scandal here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5589060.0 I continue without receiving my money, with balance confiscated, account closed and "license regulator" ignoring mails.

This is Winna! Stay away!

Winna.com is operated by a Costa Rican company with a licence issued by Tobique, but it appears that the operation is actually run through a Berlin-based company called Over99:

https://over99.com/

You can see that several notable figures associated with Winna work there. For example, “Paul” appears to actually be Noah Fischer:

https://www.linkedin.com/in/noahfi/

Or “Drunk”, also known as Christian Diurhuus Røpke:

https://www.linkedin.com/in/christian-diurhuus-r%C3%B8pke-894656345/

I have gathered further information identifying the people and companies allegedly involved, addresses, phone numbers from them and their families, etc... and I will provide it to the relevant authorities.

I am also fairly sure that Bennet works there, and I am looking into that now.

Since they appear to be operating from Berlin rather than Costa Rica, I believe that everyone who has allegedly been scammed by them, including me, should be aware of this and stop wasting time dealing exclusively with the Costa Rican company or the Tobique Gaming Commission.

Criminal complaints will be filed soon. If you believe you have also been scammed by them and you are based in Europe, please contact me here or on Telegram: @cronosone.

The people involved should understand that victims are now identifying the real structure behind this operation, gathering evidence and preparing to take coordinated legal action.

Thanks in advance.

More info, https://onnoplus.de/ is also owned by Noah Fischer aka Paul (the Winna CEO). Ironically is a bad reviews removal company  Roll Eyes so they know how to bribe people to remove their bad reputation on the internet

Noah Fischer, Bennett Becker, Dominic Jamil, those are the names of the people running Winna from Berlin. Dominic already owned another casino in past based in Curaçao Heybets.io. https://web.archive.org/web/20260605182049/https://www.curacaochronicle.com/post/unknown/curacao-court-orders-online-casino-to-repay-gambling-losses-after-ignoring-addiction-warning-signs

Of course, this company resulted in a rug/exit scam. Exactly same as Winna will do. You can find several threads about Heybets in this same forum.

You can see all relation https://www.northdata.com/Jamil,%20Dominic%20Karim,%20Berlin/3e7

If you check for the company info in Google, you will be able to see a photo of Paul (Noah Fischer) and Dominic. Also, an address (Lietzenburger Str. 77, 10719 Berlin), which is probably from they run all their network (OnnoPlus, Over99 and, secretely, Winna).

If you have more info or has been scammed, contact me at @cronosone (Telegram)

This X user is publishing noteworthy information, which I can verify as accurate and have previously disclosed here. Furthermore, please find attached a video displaying the Winna headquarters. The blue Winna neon sign, which was also featured on the X profile of 'Paul' (Noah Fischer), is visible in several frames.

I possess complete personal data—including legal names, residential addresses, and telephone numbers—for these individuals, other collaborators such as Drunk, and their relatives. Anyone requiring this information may contact me on Telegram at @cronosone.
