Peter obi officially announced his exit from the African Democratic Congress ADC, citing political interference, internal hostility and instability. This one no surprise many people because the opposition space done de scatter small small.
Dis one wey Peter Obi do, Dey just Dey give tinubu more opportunity to win the election next year. People wey suppose come together to defeat tinubu, now dem don dey Separate, as dem Dey separate now, if election time reach, dem go share votes between each other wey go give tinubu upper hand. As dem don Dey separate now, I don’t even know how they going to defeat tinubu in d coming election. Omo na very big mistake na him dis people Dey make, all of dem for just Dey one party make dem help us defeat tinubu. D kin shege wey tinubu Dey show us don tire us, nothing Dey work for dis country again, we just want make d man drop from position. If tinubu do another 4 years, e no go funny for dis country try ooo.

Obi should've stayed and build LP properly, but he chose to follow them Atiku into another party. What did he expect before, did he think that a party that is filled with top politicians like ATIKU, Ameachi, Dino, El Rufai , Aregbsola, David Mark would give him the presidental tickets? It's not possible, those are only care about their personal interests, they even care about zoning. Peter Obi knows that he can't win Atiku I'm Primary elections, the party is literally for Atiku himself. Hadn't been he wasn't swayed by the deception of ATIKU and fellow members, He would still become the presidental candidate of Labour party. If you ask alot of people who doesn't really watch news, they will tell you OBI is still in Labor party and that will affect him heavily in the coming election.
You get some valid point but on the part that obi should have stayed in LP and built it properly, I’ll say it’s not easy like that. LP done get internal wahala and structure problem wey even obi himself complain about before. The same party wey him build with blood and sweat for 2023, some people come turn am to ATM, na why the guy decide to leave. And as for following atiku enter ADC, I think obi only did that to test the water for bigger coalition, at the long run he noticed that ADC na party wey only de based on Atiku and friends. The things is this big politicians no get shame, na personal Interest just full their head. Zoning wey suppose help balance thing, dem throw am for ground na why I feel say obi comot asap before them use am do arrangee.

People might see his move in different interpreting ways but I don't think it was because of bad intentions he left the party, those people are politicians and they no something could be going on internally so that the party will not be in unity to bring someone that would aspire for the presidency of the country and they no that he has a capacity so actually leaving the party was the right thing for him because is not today they starting fighting ADC party so actually people should stop condemning the man and think of reasons why he must have made the decision, ADC is not even strong as before do to all this crisis.

I understand your point, he has the right to defect to any part and redefect to the one he was part of, that is his right but you can not say that people should stop criticizing him, everyone has the right to say whatever they feel like that is also their right, what is happening in ADC now is what APC wants, Atiku is one of the problem and that is because the guys defecting has their calculations, Atiku has always been the flag bearer of any party he's interested in, after they planted Buhari to remove Jonathan, Atiku always win the primary of PDP before the part became worthless because of the internal crisis caused by people we already know, so this might be the reason why Peter Obi jumped ship at this time to avoid what has been happening not to repeat itself, it is unfortunate that Atiku has become a seasonal politician that is not ready to give up his presidential ambition for people that are more competent for that position.

I think Peter Obi made a good decision to leave ADC for NDC, according to him, he sighted that the party was divided and he can not be in such environment, which I totally support him. I know most people will be worried about the vote that is going to be shared between him and Atiku and that might hand Tinubu the winner again. I am not really bothered about who is going to win the 2027 election, because I already have it in my mind that Tinubu will do everything to remain in power in 2027, so I don't even think that even if they had stayed together, they would have been able to defeat Tinubu. I only admire him that he can smell trouble in the party and he chose to leave, which I think it's a wise decision, but whatever happens he still remains my candidate, because I feel he is the only person with conscience.
It will be too difficult for Tinubu to loss election as a sitting president he won the pole when he wasn't a sitting president and i believe it will be easier for him to win again unless Nigerians says no to it. The masses love Peter Obi and they will be happy if peter obi wins this time no matter the party Peter Obi found him self Nigerians will vote for him but the question now is that will INEC announce Peter obi the president? We all know that Peter obi won last presidential election but what happened INEC announce Tinubu as the president and we all accepted it i just pray it doesn't happen comes 2027. Mark my words Peter obi can never win this election, he defeat from ADC all because of Atiku he need to be his president too because one party can't provide two candidates, this is the more reason he moved to another party but no he will still loss , because Atiku is the next president, don't say nobody can win a seating president no , that seat is not his father property

This was the costly mistake that Peter Obi made by moving from Labour Party to ADC he should have stayed and build a stronger part and relationship there, I Wonder what made him defect knowing fully well that the battle to be fought for the presidential ticket in ADC won't be easy due to the big names in the party, Atiku Abubakar has been contesting for the presidency almost every election year and don't care about zoning so why will Obi decamp?, it then means he didn't have the foresight to see what would happen in the future before leaving Labor party. Well, we know how corrupt the system in Nigeria is and I don't think by jumping from one party to the other without a strong strategy can lead to the defeat of Tinubu, Tinubu is a strategist and I don't see him Chicken out the way former President Good luck Ebelle Jonathan did in 2015 to Mohammadu Buhari.

Nothing that is happening now that is new in this system, the all of this this has happened before so we shouldn't be surprised at what is happening now, this is politics and we never can tell what could exactly be going on within themselves and surely they must have their own interior motives which can possibly be far from what a people out there could think of, this is to say no one can actually be certain of what could possibly be the outcome of the next election because a lot can be happening behind the scene.
