Does a bad leadership style affect the growth of a country and cause economic melt down or bring hardship to people.

The style of leadership isn't  the major problem but the decisions made by the leadership that makes the difference, Some countries practice autocracy, democracy, monarchy, e.t.c and are doing fine while there are others that practice it and are in a worse economic condition. If the leaders are competent and have sound economic implementations, of course it would reflect in the living conditions of the people, but if the leaders are corrupt, the country would remain stagnant and people would suffer greatly.

I understand your point, but every society has a style of leadership that is best for them. There are some countries where democracy does not suit the people, where autocracy and monarchy are better, and vice versa. In such a society, the Leader may be competent to do his job, but things wont be going perfectly for them. The role of the leader in having a good society is 70%, while the rest lies in the style of leadership.

A leadership that's not good does more than affecting economy because it makes the economy looks like it will never revived. When the leadership has put there focus in taking loans on behalf of the country all the time, isn't the economy that would be affected for it?, it would be hard for something to emerge from the mins of bad leaders in a country because they will never want anything to leave from benefiting them into coming to grow the economy. Poor economy is the fundamental work of bad leadership but however you will only see a different and improving economy when the leaders are not bad.

There's no way a country can grow as expected when the leaders are corrupt or bad, they are not going to yield the required result expected of them, things like this are what aggravated to how we see people fight against the government because they are right has been deprived of them and the leaders and not doing anything to help with the situation, henceforth we should know the kind of leaders be put in power and make our vote to count so that we can held them accountable for any challenges faced by the country as a result of their incapacitation.

Of course. Economy are not static or build to remain the same , it is being controlled by by leadership and if the leadership is bad it addect the economy so badly and id the leadership is good it improve the economy too. Handling of economy you must be prepared and you must be intelligent to work with policies that would make the economy work.  Good thinkers and who can implement can improve the economy of a country. If you come across a country where the economy going down so badly it means the person kn charge is not doing a good work to make it improve.
