Attention, this post has already been published in another category, but I’m posting it under “reputation” so Timo can discuss the matter and find a solution. Thanks to logfiles for the advice.

Hello everyone, I did everything possible to resolve this situation, but so far I have not received any replies to my messages for weeks, and I was also blocked on different social media platforms. I have sent WhatsApp messages without success, and it has now been approximately a month and a half without a solution. The user is asymmetric21, better known as Timo Onione.
The first transaction went well; the Casascius coins arrived correctly to a storage location I have in Spain. In the second transaction, I asked him to send the Casascius coins to Mopar so they could be certified. I do not know exactly what happened, but the coins were sent and never arrived at their destination. Later, they were returned to the sender, in this case Timo, and from that point on I stopped receiving responses.
I kindly asked him to help resolve the issue or go to the post office and retrieve the package, but I received no response. I tried contacting him through every possible method, including YouTube, since his company is called “21metrics” https://www.youtube.com/@21metrics/videos and he has a channel there, where my messages were deleted. I was also blocked on his Twitter account (@onione_t) https://x.com/oinonen_t after continuing to follow up on this situation.
At this point, the only thing I care about is recovering my BTC / satoshis or receiving a clear solution. Due to the lack of response, the amount of time that has passed, and the absence of resolution, this situation has caused me serious concern, and I believe it is important to share my experience to warn other users.
I trusted this person because he publicly shared his social media accounts, had a visible company, and used his real name and identity, which gave me confidence when conducting these transactions. Because of that, I never imagined ending up in a situation like this.
Please take this as a documented personal experience and be extremely careful when carrying out transactions of this kind. I strongly recommend always using escrow, whether through Mopar, MinerJones, or other trusted services.
Timo, if you are reading this: I am still waiting for a response and a solution. My main intention is simply to recover what belongs to me and close this issue fairly.
I never wanted conflict with anyone, but I do believe it is important to warn the community when a transaction ends without replies or resolution for such a long time.
I also believe it is relevant to mention that during the initial transactions, responses were quick, but ever since this problem occurred with the last two coins, I have not received any further communication.
I am sharing this experience so that other users act cautiously, document everything properly, and use protective measures in any important transaction.

“I am still open to resolving this privately and updating this post if the matter is resolved.”

Well, it doesn't look like you're rushing to call this a scam accusation, but it would help if you at least referred to the user by his bitcointalk handle, and identified him:

asymmetric21

Also, I don't want to spend a bunch of time reading your "he said, she said" screenshots, and I'm probably not the only one.  I suggest you stick to facts that others can verify, i.e. transaction IDs for the payments made, any signed messages from the recipient proving he owns the addresses in question, tracking numbers for the shipment, etc.

Before making judgement, I would also like to hear from asymmetric21.  Every story has two sides.

Best of luck to both of you in coming to an amicable resolution.

Thank you for your input, I appreciate it.

Regarding tagging the user, that was an oversight on my part — I did include the username, but without the direct profile link.

As for the term “scam,” I am currently taking the final steps to give Timo the opportunity to clarify the situation and return my bitcoins. If there is still no resolution after these public posts, I will have to draw my own conclusions. For now, I am keeping everything open so he can respond and resolve the matter. If there is no response and nothing happens, I will consider pursuing legal action.

I understand your point about focusing on verifiable facts. However, for legal and privacy reasons, I cannot publicly disclose certain sensitive information such as specific wallet addresses or personal data (unless he allows it or I have no other option if this remains unresolved).

All relevant information has already been documented in the original post through screenshots, and this new thread in the “Reputation” section was mainly created so Timo can respond publicly and provide a solution.

The screenshots I shared reflect my attempts to contact him over several weeks without receiving any response, so there is not much to interpret beyond the lack of communication and resolution.

I agree that both sides should be heard, and I remain open to resolving this privately. My goal is simply to receive the Casascius coins or a full BTC refund.

I will continue updating the post with clear and verifiable evidence as the situation progresses.

It has already been 2 months and I still have no response from Timo. He leaves my messages on read and does not reply. At this point, I definitely believe it’s a scam… it’s a real shame.

oddly he answered me quickly on Twitter and even asked for the link to this thread and said he would address the issue - that was quite some time ago and he has not. That goes to show he is actively ignoring the situation.

if we can't get his side of the story then I guess we have no choice to leave some negative feedback on his profile. Perhaps even create a flag to serve as a warning to those who might want to deal with him

Just post screenshots of your ignored messages. I mean he can't keep us waiting forever. If he cared about his reputations, he would have responded by now.

Exactly. Yesterday I finally left negative feedback on his profile. I waited long enough and he keeps playing dumb, acting like nothing happened. He leaves my messages on read and never replies. I left the negative rating together with the reference link containing the evidence: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5581939.msg66689319#msg66689319

At this point I already consider that money lost. I honestly don’t understand how someone with a reputation, a company, and a public image could scam me out of money… it’s scary, you really can’t trust anyone anymore.

That’s how Timo operates. When he wants something, he replies quickly, but once he gets what he wants, he ignores you. In this case, since I already sent him the money, he ignores me. But when I was buying the coins, his replies were extremely fast.
