A provider announcing downtime in advance, rebuilding, rotating carriers, and then returning online is called maintenance and expansion, not instability.

Unstable services usually vanish overnight without notice and never come back. Since you’re familiar with the exchange/swap space, you probably know that pattern better than most.

I was not a user, in fact, I am hearing about this service for the first time now, but if you are already referring to a previous domain, I assume that you want to stand behind the reputation that was built earlier, whatever it was.
However, can you somehow prove that the same people are behind the new, restarted site/name?

99.9% availability applies to active production uptime, not to intentionally scheduled downtime during infrastructure migration.

By that logic, every major provider that has ever migrated hardware, changed ASNs, rotated carriers, or rebuilt infrastructure would suddenly become “unstable.”

As for proving continuity: same backend structure, same command system, same routing logic, same operational model, same support channels, and existing users already recognized it before you did.

Usually when a service gets exit-scammed, the operators don’t come back publicly under the same branding and continue supporting the same network architecture. That would be a pretty inefficient scam.

Minimum 25€ seems a bit much. I can post a review here.

Sorry but I seriously couldn't find any reviews and it's a bit concerning to deposit 25€ to an unknown site.

Trial credits are not provided.

Minimum deposit exists because routes, carrier allocation, and infrastructure cost real money even for testing. Small “2€ tests” usually bring abuse traffic, not serious users.

As for reviews, the service was previously private/invite-only for a long time, so there was never much public discussion around it.

That said, for established Bitcointalk members with long reputation/history (for example Legendary rank), exceptions may be considered case by case.

Nobody is forced to deposit. If the platform does not fit your risk tolerance, simply do not use it.

As everyone can see above I kindly asked the OP for just 2€ of a trial credit only to come here and say if their service is legit.
Their response was pretty hostile and they pretended to not understand what I was saying, claiming that they thought I wanted them to give trial credits to anyone... I was transparent and they simply dodged it completely.

I continue to have my suspicions about such service. The tactic of asking for a 25€ upfront deposit is certainly a red flag.

Especially given that a similar service was recently called out as a scam and the accused even tied the two sites as related.

Scam site! Just lost 30$ just to discover they are reselling the exact same sip trunks from sip24.cc 

Even based on the OP they've changed branding at least once.

Anyway. Don't trust such services unless they have reviews from trustworthy individuals.

German rates depend on destination type (mobile/fixed) and selected routing profile. Current pricing is available inside the client area after login since routes and carrier costs are adjusted periodically.

Constant rebranding is another.

And everything I have heard about this service from other people is negative.

You should follow alani123's suggestion of creating a new thread which is the scam accusation that can be used as reference. Just make sure you include all the necessary evidence

All deposits are processed automatically.

If someone has a genuine issue, we have a ticket system specifically for that. We check deposits, balances, routing and account status through tickets every day.

So when we see random "scam" reviews claiming funds disappeared with no ticket ID, no username, no transaction hash, and no support request ever opened, it is usually either a fake review or a user who never contacted support.

If there is a real problem, open a ticket with the username and transaction details and it will be checked.

This makes the service highly suspicious and yet OP claims that the deposits are processed automatically. This with other earlier red flags should not be taken lightly and there for their profile is going to recieve some negative feedback.
