What really motivates you to continue your Bitcoin journey?

This is personal for me too.  I have watched plenty of "smart" people totally crash and burn trying to predict every little market swing, while those "calm" people you mentioned simply did nothing.  You are right that not being able to control it is exactly what makes it so valuable.  If someone could really control it, it would be just as broken as the regular money system you are trying to get away from.  So, I just keep my head down, make sure my goals are realistic, and let Bitcoin do its job for me.

I will say that you shouldn't confuse patience with wishful thinking or blind hope, not as if patience isn't good but it suppose to follow with understanding and planning because if you don't have any idea on how to hold  or why you hold and market moves you will end up selling with panic. You see bitcoin journey isn't a race, it's for people that can control their emotions, stay consistent and manage the risk that will last on that space. Just Invest wisely, learn about it gradually and don't let the crowd,hype or fear push you into making wrong decision or move

Honestly, the knowledge from this forum motivates me to continue my investments properly. There was a time when I didn't know what investment was. I didn't even know how to build an emergency fund separate from my income.


But I am worried about one thing. I want to make my portfolio bigger but it's not possible at all. Need an alternative source of income, but have yet to create that either.


Still I am happy that I am able to join the activities of this forum and develop myself as an investor. Opinions and suggestions from experienced members always motivate me to continue my bitcoin journey properly.

My only motivation to continue investing in Bitcoin is to make a profit. There is a difference between investing in Bitcoin and using Bitcoin, I think the only motivation for investing in Bitcoin is to make a profit. If the word profit is removed from Bitcoin, then maybe we will not get any investors.

But profit is not the main motivation for Bitcoin users, but rather the use of advanced technology and decentralized nature. However, to be successful in Bitcoin investment, we need patience, discipline and trust in Bitcoin along with our motivation. We definitely need motivation to do any work, especially in long-term planning tasks, this motivation keeps changing from person to person and use to person.

When I come to know that Bitcoin's price was less than $1 at the beginning and has crossed $60K, I was really surprised. Even its security, decentralization and other aspects impressed me. Even though I didn't know the right investment strategy at that time, I still thought that I would buy some Bitcoin just out of hobby. That's where my Bitcoin journey started. Still, I was able to learn a lot in this short time.

Later, the price of Bitcoin crossed $100K and created a new ATH, which I also observed myself. Bitcoin has really taught many people around the world to think in a new way. I believe that in the future, people will find their financial security through Bitcoin.

Bitcoin journey and the forum join together is not easy for us that are still coming up, my  motivation why I'm still pushing small, small, is due Bitcoin investments is different from others shitcoins i have introduced into and at end it turns to scam, I'm seeing what should is motivating to keep pushing forward in buying as soon as i have discretionary income on my Pams, and with Bitcoin there are no more stress on like those other coins will be ask to invite 20 peoples order to qualify to withdraw. With Bitcoin nothing like that.

Your Bitcoin journey need more of discipline and believe than motivation, what ever motivates you now can end or maybe you don't just feel motivated again that will then be the end of your journey.
I believe in Bitcoin so I don't search for motivation to keep my Bitcoin journey and I am disciplined so as to prevent getting scammed obviously there is that risk of scam/theft/hack, losing my Bitcoin or making wrong choices.
You need to start believing in Bitcoin and not looking to be motivated in your Bitcoin journey.

Bitcoin journey really motivated me and many out there as a matter  of fact Bitcoin has help the less privilege to overcome and also  the middle class who understands the Bitcoin settings too it just matter of patience and discipline if you really do understand what actually Bitcoin investment is for word Bitcoin you should know is a life carrier change do for me I'm motivated to my understanding of bitcoin and I do have faith for its vision.

Though it might take a time but surely grinding and what also make me mostly motivated about it is that the Bitcoin has been there till date with out any fraud suspicious except for those who have  bad intentions towards it and misunderstood it but for it has proven to me and I have seen many who benefited from the source Bitcoin so for me I'm just motivated cus I knew I surely have trust in bitcoin.

There are many reasons why I keep continuing my journey with bitcoin but from my personal side, I have strong trust in bitcoin and the way it keeps moving forward with a well-planned growth pattern. any thing that has to do with emotions is not an easy thing to control and most do the times it even goes beyond one’s control or level of smartness, sometimes it happens spontaneously and you. Don’t have enough time to think properly about it. Patience is a key thing in bitcoin whether you are doing it as an investment or as trading, you have to exercise patience but like you mentioned, patience without understanding what you are being patient about is pointless. If you must be patient then you will have to do it in a practical way that brings about progress in your bitcoin journey.

During the initial stage of bitcoin, many did not believed in bitcoin, and this doubt they had about bitcoin made them to loose earlier, and very promising opportunities that bitcoin has brought. Bitcoin investment nor complex at all , many are not patient enough to hold for long , and volatility that why many always say bitcoin investment is somehow , which is not .

What motivate each and every one of us in our Bitcoin investment journey might differs from one another, as some people might say what motivated was the need to have full control over their money, ana likewise others might say that the fear of having their money lose value in fiat due to long term investment might be what motivated them. And when it comes to me, what actually motivated me was not far from this, and since am a online freelancer, what actually motivated me was the quest to be able to receive and send money across borders without government restrictions. There is nothing too difficult about Bitcoin and the forum unless you do not want to learn and master how to navigate the forum then you will find it difficult to adapt here.your daily motivation should be about how you started and the improvement you are getting since you became a member here and if you are an investor already then the knowledge you have gained here should motivate you to do more because the forum gives you a complete guide on how to go about to get success in your investment ne if you must avoid losing money then you should know the difference between good investment and ponzi.

What motivates and gave me confidence to continue investing in bitcoin is because of some tough moments that bitcoin overcame in the past because there were times in the past when the price of bitcoin fell intensely but it still recovered after some time. Another thing that motivates me is that despite many criticisms that bitcoin has received, it didn't crash but instead it became more valuable so i was literally motivated by the challenges it had undergone, not only because of its success. When something passes through a difficult time and survives that is when it gains more trust and motivates people to continue with it hence the reason why i will keep up with my bitcoin journey.
