I have brought up all of your concerns and made sure management and the developer team aware.
About the need to login/register before reading terms, the devs agreed that it should be accessible by anyone without the need to make an account.
They replied "Yes, we will make changes and are consistently updating the platform, please be patient with us."
Deposits are near-instant, while withdraws may take up to 24 hours (usually if high amount and depending on KYC level).
Withdraws are usually instant once you complete level 1 kyc verification.

You haven't addressed much at all. Firstly, why is KYC mandatory here when y'all don't seem to possess any sort of license? Secondly, what about the accusation that @MuffinMaster talked about above? Thirdly, why did y'all launch it when it's in beta mode?

Also they just announced a Kick stream deal for select users, I'm guessing that's part of their marketing method.

Welcome to the forum DoSi team! I think it's crucial that you should make your games publicly available for testing without signing up. There's a lot of reputable gambling sites with a lot of games to offer and most of their games can be easily seen in their homepage and without signing up. Now, if you really want to attract players the first thing I personally do (as a player) is to check what's games you offer, promotions, features, etc. and those were not available in your platform without signing up and of course, I wouldn't just create an account to something that I'm not sure if safe or good and would definitely decide to jump forward to another platform.

So my genuinely suggestion is to at least make your games available for testing or at least preview without signing up so you can let players test your games before signing up, because let's admit it, no (or only few) users would signup before checking what you can offer or maybe create an ANN thread (image) where you can show the games, features, or promotion you have in your platform at least, users would have a glimpse on what you offer.

Who is expecting for free $25, you are talking like that this $25 bonus for streamers who want to deposit at least $50 then stream their gambling activity on the site for 30 minutes as something so generous while in fact it is nothing.
It is not giveaway, I understand it really well but the main idea of this offer is for advertisement and the casino is looking for streamers to advertise the casino with such requirements.
Even non popular gambling streamers (with small number of followers) will not be attracted with the offer.

You should tell your developers to get rid of the requirement to register an account before players can access the casino and take a look at what's on offer. That's how the competition does it and it's the best way forward.

The font for the Terms & Conditions is too small. It's easy to zoom in but it should be bigger from the get go.
Finally, if the casino is licensed, then there should be a seal of authenticity that we can click on to see licensing information.

What's with the attitude with OP!!! He can't handle a single question, and in order to avoid being questioned, he is redirecting us to the live support and moreover saying that all of our replies are bot replies. Are you for real? If you aren't the responsible person for the Dosibet, then why have you tried to create an announcement thread? Though this isn't the professional announcement thread, you have tried. You are pretending to be their representative, but you are ignoring the responsibilities. How do you believe then gamblers will jump on that casino?

Right now there are no issues, but when something goes wrong, then who will take care of these issues? If the casino turns out to be a scam, then your account will be flagged and tagged as well. Call them to create their own professional announcement thread and lock your thread. Otherwise, be responsible. This isn't the right approach to the forum to announce a gambling platform.

Dosibets' UI/UX actually reminds me of the chucked slayer.sh. OP also launched both on beta--as he have put it that way. That, and OP's involvement on both casinos, more likely than not, they're probably related.

Interestingly, slayer at first, just like dosibets right now did not allow players to view the casino in its entirety without logging in. Maybe they think we will get curious but it's just gonna drive folks away.
