It's been almost a week since I made a withdrawal and I still haven't received it... I've seen several people receiving theirs and I still haven't... I've contacted live support twice and nobody has solved my problem.

Things have really gotten worse since they allegedly changed ownership in 2024. You can report your case in the scam accusation board and provide more details. Their account isn’t active on the forum anymore, so they probably won’t respond, but it can help bring awareness to anybody currently playing or considering playing there.

If you ever do get paid, it might take several more weeks or months, going by what people are saying in their reviews.

There's been a lot of people complaining about not getting their withdraws from them; I'm still shocked that people deposit there to this day.

Probably through their affiliate program. I still saw some content in the social media that promote this casino same with 1xbit before that prioritize promotion outside the forum.

There’s always some new player that will be attracted with their bonus especially if they are referred by someone that manage to withdraw to this casino since they allow some withdrawal from their user and just do some isolated scam from players that win big or has a huge balance.

Maybe those persons who are getting into the platform didn't bother to check their rating as per user feedback before engaging. And for a platform that is know for such act it's likely that they are either inexperienced with their handling or they're doing it intentionally  that is why it is best to review a new gambling site before you start betting there else just stick to the old ones you've been using. And again if everyone is complaining thesame thing then its not a matter of bug  but like you said a tactics.

Nitrobetting does not have a very clean record in this forum, that would have given you a clue on how to proceed with such platforms. This is the reason it is necessary to carry out little due diligence in any platform you want to make deposit on to be sure you will get your withdrawals settled. Like someone earlier suggested, what you should do is to raise scam accusation in this section.

My guess is that you got this winning through one of those their programs or a bonus, in that case, you should be ready of whatever outcome you get because getting your money is not guaranteed given their poor support and reluctance to address issues.

Op if the support is not responding, you can send them email or look for there social media platform channels and send them what happened and you will get your feedback. You should create a proper scam accusation and provide necessary evidence about your pending withdrawal so that we can use it as reference for additional tag to their Bitcointalk profile.

They already gave up their reputation after ignoring lots of issue that is same as yours.

From what I remember, those people already waited months just to get their withdrawal, and most of them(I think) didn't even get their whole funds, just a part of it. Sad to say, you'd probably wait months before you get your withdrawal.

It's important for someone to always do research about any platform they want to use, especially when it's a platform that will require them to deposit their money in there. If OP had search about the credibility if this casino, he would have definitely come across the complaints of other members who had issues like this too with the casino and the resolution process was very poor. I hate to use such kind of casino that is not really that popular cuz if it's popular, it means that a lot of people are using it and definitely satisfied with their service before referring others.

Trivial question but to consider, have you read the minimum withdrawal? There may be a minimum withdrawal set (obviously designed to make you spend the money) but check that too.
If this is the case it is still the obligation of the assistance to respond to explain, if they do not respond unfortunately the expectations are not good.
Anyway this is the basic rule, before spending money online (it applies to everything) do your research where the money will go, it is the minimum to reduce the risk of displeasure.

It is better you make research very well next time before you use a gambling site. There are many reputable gambling site on the gambling board on this forum. You can see their active announcement threads there.

I asked AI that is incorporated into Google search engine questions few hours ago, it gave me a complete false anwser. Do not believe everything AI is suggesting you. If you read the AI terms of service, you will see that they include that some information they are providing may not be accurate.

It's probably because good reviews can be modified and done on reviews website and they can do it on their own. While if you check out the forum's gambling section. You would see a lot of announcement threads there from various casinos and you'd see the reputation of the owner or the representative of the casinos they are working with and from there, you'll get an idea of the genuine interactions and feed back of the users. Just don't rely too much on what gemini or other AI tools suggests where to gamble.

If they actually pay but do it in delay as long as this then it's just necessary they make it vividly known on their site that their withdrawals doesn't come swiftly as every common gambler would be expecting.

Unfortunately they wouldn't want to do so as it definitely scare away players from their site because no gambler wants to wait too long for his withdrawal to be processed how more weeks to a month.

Why would you blindly trust Gemini? A simple search of "Nitrobetting" on google would give a lot of result that shows you that you should avoid it. Hopefuly next time you do your own research first or ask about the casino here in the forum first before depositing anything on a casino.
