Has anybody experienced any merchant account closure on PayBito?

This is the first time that I'm hearing about them, but I did some digging and according to the very last part of "^{section 10.2 [you need to go to the last tab (Merchant Terms of Use)]}", it appears that account closures can happen to inactive merchant accounts ^{[based on your inactivity on this forum, I think this might be the reason]}.

Unfortunately, my access to the site is restricted. I've only seen a few negative reviews on Trustpilot, which makes me increasingly confused about what this site actually offers. It's a DEX, a purchasing service, and it seems to be a payment processor or app builder. Have you contacted support? They seem to be very proactive in cracking down on suspicious activity.

Has that happened to you, hence why you're asking? if true, what I would do is shoot a message to support, perhaps you'd know what exactly happened to your case or at least get a clue.

From what I can see, there are ways to contact support without logging in to your account.

Usually, payment gateways only close merchant accounts when there are repeated violations of their terms and policies. At least that's what i assume since i’ve never personally experienced something like that with the payment gateways i've used, including Paybito since i only know about it by name.

Honestly, for a reputable payment gateway, getting a merchant account closed is pretty rare, especially if the account consistently processes transactions where the platform also profits from. Though to be fair, some crypto payment gateways are known to suddenly do this at times.

There aren't many complaints online, which means either the service has a low customer base or the support team is handling problems responsibly. Contact the support team to find out why your account was closed.
